この発明は、ダイオードに光センサー器を設けたダイオード３個組み合わせ器に関するものである。
従来、ダイオードと光センサー器とは別々になっていた。
従来、ダイオードは何度も使っていると、ダイオードのオープンがあり、これを見つけるのにこまることが多くあった。
本発明は以上のような欠点をなくすためになされたものである。
ダイオード（１）導通線（２）非道通線（３）導通線（４）非道通線（５）非道通線（６）導通線（７）光センサー器を設けた。
本発明は以上の構成よりなる光センサー器付きダイオードである。
光センサー器がダイオードといったいになっているので、ダイオードのオープンとなったときでも、光センサー器が知らせてくれます。微弱な電流値には光センサー器の状態に注意をすれば、使うのになんらさしつかえない。

発明を実施する為の形態
以下、本発明を実施するための形態について説明する。
ダイオード（１）導通線（２）非道通線（３）導通線（４）非道通線（５）非道通線（６）導通線に光センサー器を設けました。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
これを使用するときは、ダイオードと光センサー器がいったいになったこの光センサー器の点滅でダイオードのオープンを知ることができます。
この発明は、電子回路、スーパーコンピュウターなどの故障の早期発見、各家庭の家電製品になくてはならないヒット商品になることはいうまでもありません。
瞬時に各部の電子回路の異常をいち早く知らせてくれます。
光センサー器に異常を知らせ、それに、警報ブザーを装着させることにより少し離れたところでもこれらの故障を知らせることができます。
