Abstract
Description
表1〜表6に示す配合のうち、光学可変性顔料を除く成分を、バタフライミキサーで攪拌混合し、3本ロールミルで分散してインキ組成物を作製し、光学可変性顔料を添加してバタフライミキサーで攪拌混合し、活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキを作製した。
アロニックスM−403(東亞合成製、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレート)900部、リカシッドSA(新日本理化製、無水コハク酸)103部、メチルハイドロキノン0.1部、N,N−ジメチルベンジルアミン0.3部を攪拌機付きセパラブルフラスコに仕込み、空気を吹き込みながら80℃で2時間反応させた。反応生成物に、jER152(三菱化学製、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂)183部、PEG400DA(日本化薬製、ポリエチレングリコール400ジアクリレート)1000部、メチルハイドロキノン2.2部、N,N−ジメチルベンジルアミン6.5部を加え、空気を吹き込みながら130℃で3時間反応させた。反応生成物に、リカシッドSA93部を加え、80℃で更に2時間反応させ、30℃における粘度が1.5Pa・sになるようにPEG400DAを加え、樹脂1を得た。樹脂3〜樹脂8は、同様の方法で製造した。
樹脂1:jER152に、アロニックスM−403のリカシッドSA付加物を反応させたのち、リカシッドSAを付加させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価62.3mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂2:親水性ウレタンアクリレート(UCB社製、エベクリル2000)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂3:ビスコート540(大阪有機化学社製、ビスフェノールA型エポキシアクリレート)にリカシッドSAを反応させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価152mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂4:アロニックスM−306(東亞合成製、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート)にリカシッドSAを反応させたアクリレート(酸価141mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂5:jER152にアクリル酸を付加させたのち、リカシッドPA(新日本理化製、無水フタル酸)を付加させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価141mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂6:jER152にアロニックスM−403のリカシッドMH(新日本理化製、メチルヘキサヒドロ無水フタル酸)付加物を反応させたのち、生成した水酸基の90%にリカシッドMHを付加させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価54.1mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂7:jER152にアロニックスM−403のリカシッドMH付加物を反応させたのち、生成した水酸基の75%にリカシッドMHを付加させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価42.3mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
樹脂8:jER152にアロニックスM−403のリカシッドMH付加物を反応させたのち、生成した水酸基の50%にリカシッドMHを付加させた酸変性エポキシアクリレート(酸価29.4mgKOH/g)をPEG400DAで希釈し、粘度1.5Pa・s(30℃)に調整した樹脂。
光重合開始剤:イルガキュア907(BASF社製)。
シリカ:ニップシール(東ソーシリカ社製) 吸油量 200ml/100g。
硫酸バリウム:日本化学製 吸油量 11ml/100g。
タルク:和光純薬製 吸油量 27〜57ml/100g。
酸化亜鉛:和光純薬製 吸油量 15ml/100g。
光学可変性顔料1:カラーストリームアークティックファイヤー(メルク社製)。
光学可変性顔料2:クロマシャインゴールドグリーン(東洋アルミ社製)。
作製した凹版インキは、拭き取り性、洗浄性、インキ転移性、印刷物品質、光輝性及び色変化について評価した。拭き取り性は、凹版版面にインキを供給し、ワイピングした後の版面上のインキの有無で評価した。洗浄性は、印刷後のワイピング部のタワシの状態等で評価した。インキ転移性及び印刷物品質は、凹版印刷した後の印刷物の均一性から評価した。光輝性及び色変化は、画線深さ50μm、画線幅0.5mm、画線長さ40mmのバーを25本配置した版面で印刷後(光学可変性顔料1の場合、黒上質紙に、光学可変性顔料2の場合、上質紙に印刷)、変角分光光度計(村上色彩技術研究所製)を用いて入射角45°、受光角0〜80°で5°ごとに測定し、CIE−L*a*b*表色系の数値を得て評価した。
Claims (6)
- 光学可変性顔料、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物、吸油量60ml/100g以上の体質顔料を少なくとも含み、前記活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物が、少なくとも、カルボキシル基を有する酸価40mgKOH/g以上のアクリレートを含むことを特徴とする活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキ。
- 前記吸油量60ml/100g以上の体質顔料が、シリカであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキ。
- 前記活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂組成物の酸価が、40mgKOH/g以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキ。
- 前記光学可変性顔料の、凹版インキ全体に対する割合が5〜25%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキ。
- 前記カルボキシル基を有する酸価40mgKOH/g以上のアクリレートが、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタアクリレートと二塩基酸無水物を反応させることによって得られる1個のカルボキシル基を有するアクリレートと、一分子中に2個以上のエポキシ環を有するエポキシ化合物とを反応させたエポキシアクリレートに、多塩基酸無水物を反応させた酸変性エポキシアクリレートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキ。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の活性エネルギー線硬化型光学的変化凹版インキの偽造防止印刷物への使用。
