Claims (3)
- 外方部材と、ハブ輪および内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の内周に形成された複列の外側軌道面と前記内方部材の外周に形成された複列の内側軌道面との間に配された複列の転動体とからなる車輪用軸受と、
マウス部及びマウス部からアウトボード側に延びるステム部を有する外側継手部材と、前記マウス部に収容された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材と前記内側継手部材との間に配された複数のトルク伝達部材とを有する等速自在継手とを備え、
前記ハブ輪に設けられたボルト挿通孔にアウトボード側から挿通されたボルトを、前記ステム部のアウトボード側の端部に設けられたボルト穴に螺合させて締め付けることにより、前記ステム部を前記ハブ輪の軸孔に圧入した車輪用軸受装置において、
前記ボルトの先端の外周面と前記ボルト穴の開口部の内周面の一方に、他方のねじ部と嵌合する円筒面を設けたことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記ハブ輪と前記ステム部のうちのいずれか一方に形成されて軸方向に延びる複数の凸部を、前記凸部に対して締め代を有する複数の小凹部が形成された他方に圧入し、その他方に前記凸部の形状を転写して凹部を形成することにより、前記凸部と前記凹部との嵌合部位全域が密着する凹凸嵌合構造を構成した請求項1記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記小凹部が、前記凸部の周方向側壁部のみに対して締め代を有し、前記小凹部が形成された他方に前記凸部の前記周方向側壁部のみの形状を転写して前記凹部を形成することにより、前記凸部と前記凹部との嵌合部位全域が密着する凹凸嵌合構造を構成した請求項2記載の車輪用軸受装置。
