Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a decoration method for a decorative block which enables a thick ornament, emphasizing a shadow, to be expressed on an interior or exterior wall of a building by mortar or concrete and which prevents the whitening phenomenon of making a lime component eluted by intrusion of water.SOLUTION: A form, to which shaping of an animal, a flower and the like is applied, is made by a 3D printer. A decorative block 1 is manufactured by using the form. When the decorative block 1 is attached to a wall surface, a screw 3, a bolt and caulking 2 are used in combination.

Description

In the present invention, a block made of mortar or concrete whose color and shape are changed according to the design to be expressed is fixed to a wall to be decorated with screws or bolts together with caulking.
A pilot hole previously drilled in the wall surface as shown in FIG. 1 is fixed to the central portion of the block with a screw. This makes it possible to reduce the risk of falling due to deterioration over time and to decorate the wall surface with a deep aesthetic appearance.

Conventional interior and exterior wall decorations of buildings are mostly flat, such as tiled, sprayed, or metal plates, siding. Since ancient times, many artistic reliefs have been used in ancient ruins, represented by world heritage, but modern buildings have pursued economic efficiency and functionality, and their artistry has declined.

The above wall surface has the following problems.
A Tiling is a glue method, so there is a risk of falling due to deterioration over time.
B The painting and spraying work was flat and without depth.

The means of the present invention taken to solve the above problems are as follows.
A formwork for mass-producing decorative block bodies to be used at low cost will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the molds cut out from each other are combined, the bottom plate of the mold is punched, and P-conc, long nuts, hexagon bolts are fixed in the order shown in FIG.     The body block is usually retrofitted and can be used for renovation. Addition and change are also easy.

    The main body block is homogeneous and can be mass-produced at low cost by the combination of the plates shown in FIG. In addition, the use of formwork produced by 3D printers makes it possible to produce blocks with excellent artistic design at low cost.

    According to the present invention, the arrangement of the decorative blocks on the inner and outer walls of the building can be applied freely and inexpensively, such as painting with cut-out technique, check pattern, checkered pattern, continuous geometric pattern, etc. Protrusions that are close or in contact with each other can be constructed, increasing the aesthetic value of the building.         A decorative block and its decoration method, characterized in that animals, flowers, and other various shapes are expressed in mortar or concrete as thick decoration with emphasis on the inner or outer wall of the building.         The manufacturing method of the decoration block of Claim 1.         A wall surface decoration method characterized by using screws and bolts in combination with caulking when attaching the decorative block according to claim 1 to the wall surface. A method for manufacturing a form, comprising using a plastic form made by a 3D printer for the form of the decorative block according to claim 1.
