Description

さらなる実施形態において、医薬活性化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症、深部静脈血栓塞栓症または肺血栓塞栓症などの血栓塞栓症、急性冠症候群(ACS)、狭心症、心筋梗塞、がん、黄斑変性症、炎症、枯草熱、アテローム性動脈硬化症および/または関節リウマチの治療および/または予防に有用であり、
さらなる実施形態において、医薬活性化合物は、糖尿病または糖尿病性網膜症などの糖尿病に関連する合併症の治療および/または予防のための少なくとも1つのペプチドを含み、
さらなる実施形態において、医薬活性化合物は、少なくとも1つのヒトインスリンもしくはヒトインスリン類似体もしくは誘導体、グルカゴン様ペプチド(GLP−1)もしくはその類似体もしくは誘導体、またはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4もしくはエキセンジン−3もしくはエキセンジン−4の類似体もしくは誘導体を含む。

Claims (15)
- 薬剤送達デバイス用の駆動アセンブリであって、
薬剤送達のために開始位置から終了位置に可動であり、終了位置から開始位置に再セット可能なピストン・ロッド(3)と、
該ピストン・ロッド(3)の再セットの間、終了位置から開始位置への該ピストン・ロッド(3)の運動を妨害するための抵抗要素(2)と
を備え、ここで、
該抵抗要素(2)は少なくとも1つの弾性要素(6)を含む上記駆動アセンブリ。 - ピストン・ロッド(3)は親ねじとして構成されている、請求項1に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- ピストン・ロッド(3)の周りに回転対称に位置する複数の弾性要素(6)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 抵抗要素(2)は半径方向の力をピストン・ロッド(3)に及ぼす、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
- 開口部(4)を形成する部材(8)を備え、ここで、抵抗要素(2)は開口部(4)に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ。

- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動アセンブリ(1)を備える薬剤送達デバイス。
- 薬剤を含むカートリッジ(11)を受けるように構成されている薬剤レセプタクル(12)を備える、請求項10に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 本体(13)を備え、ここで、レセプタクル(12)は、カートリッジ(11)の交換を可能にするために該本体(13)から取り外し可能である、請求項11に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- レセプタクル(12)が本体(13)に取り付けられているとき、開始位置へのピストン・ロッド(3)の運動を阻止するように構成されたロッキング・デバイスを備える、請求項12に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- ピストン・ロッド(3)の再セットを可能にするために、レセプタクル(13)は本体(13)から取り外される必要がある、請求項12または13に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
