Abstract
Description
例えば、光起電力デバイス及び充填材部品(スペーサデバイス「S」としても知られる)の構造の教示のために本明細書において参照により援用されている国際公開第2009/137353号及び対応する米国特許出願第12/989743号に記載され、開示されているように、PV被覆デバイス100は、PVデバイス「P」、又はスペーサデバイス「S」、又は縁部部品「E」であってよいことが企図されている。

デバイス100は1つ以上の熱管理機構250を含んでよいことが企図されている(例として、例えば図2A〜B及び7A〜Dに示される通り)。熱管理機構250は、受動的に(例えば対流を介して)又は能動的に(空気移動デバイス280、例えば、好ましくはデバイス100を動力源とする小型ファンを用いて)デバイス100に一定のレベルの熱制御を提供するためのメカニズムとして機能する。熱制御は、少なくとも本発明に関しては、建造物上に設置されているときに、活性部分115の下方の区域と外部環境との比較的小さな温度差、例えば約15℃未満の差を維持する能力であるように企図されている。任意追加的に、1つ以上の熱管理機構250は、他の種々の機能のための熱エネルギー用の導管を提供する役割を果たしてもよい。
Claims (14)
- 建造物上で使用するための光起電力デバイスであって、
a.前記建造物と直接又は間接的に接触する下面部分、並びに1つ以上の開放空気流導管、及び前記光起電力デバイスを前記建造物に直接固定することができる1つ以上の締結具を受容するための締結具領域を含む上面部分、を含む不活性部分と、
b.太陽電池アセンブリを含む活性部分と、
を含み、
前記活性部分及び前記不活性部分は少なくとも1つの周辺縁部上で結合され、前記不活性部分の前記上面部分内の1つ以上の導管構造体は前記活性部分の下面の部分と流体連通している、
