Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(2)に関連する空気遠心装置であって、空気取入口(22)によって空気が供給され、排気口(23)によって内燃ガスが排出される少なくとも1つのシリンダー(21)を備え、前記空気遠心装置(1)は、軸(12)に取り付けられたホイール(11)を収容する枠(13)に挿入された前記ホイール(11)を備え、前記枠(13)は、好ましくは円形であり、当該系全体は、少なくとも1つの吸気口(14)および少なくとも2つの異なる排気口(15),(16)を備え、一方では排気口(15)から酸素分子を、他方では排気口(16)から窒素分子をそれぞれ分別して収集するよう配置されており、少なくとも1つの連結パイプ(3)が、前記酸素排気口(15)および内燃機関(2)の前記空気吸入口システム(24)の間に配置される空気遠心装置であって、
前記ホイール(11)は、回転運動によってガスを加速させることを目的とし、当業技術により設計されたブレードを備えており、ホイール(11)の前記軸(12)が、内燃機関(2)の排気システム(25)のいくつかの要素に沿って配置されるタービン手段(18)によって非常に高回転速度で駆動され、
前記吸気口(14)は、前記空気遠心装置(1)の枠(13)の中央付近に配置されるのに対し、酸素を収集する前記排気口(15)は、枠(13)上に前記ホイール(11)の外周付近に配置され、窒素を排出する前記排気口(16)も枠(13)上に配置されるが、ホイール(11)の前記軸および前記ホイール(11)の外周の間の中間位置に配置されることを特徴とする空気遠心装置。 - 枠(13)の形状、ホイールの外周付近に位置する部分は、より幅の広い断面(131)を備えることができ、適切な厚みのひも状にガスを発生させ最適な酸素濃度を得ることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気遠心装置。
- 酸素は、前記ホイール(11)の外周付近の枠(13)上に位置する複数の小さな開口手段によって収集され、前記第1の枠(13)を覆う第2の枠(17)は、抽出された酸素の収集およびその酸素を前記内燃機関(2)の前記空気吸入口システム(24)に向かって流すことを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の空気遠心装置。
- 酸素分子に対して透過性のある多孔エリア(132)は、ホイールの外周近くの枠(13)上に配置され、前記第1の枠(13)を覆う第2の枠(17)は、抽出された酸素の収集およびその酸素を前記内燃機関(2)の前記空気吸入口システム(24)に向かって流すことを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の空気遠心装置。
- 空気冷却装置(4)は、前記空気遠心装置(1)の上流に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気遠心装置。
- 前記ホイール(11)の軸(12)は、非常に高回転速度で、この目的のために設計されたモーター手段および変速装置によって駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気遠心装置。
- 1つ以上の開口(52)は、ターボチャージャー(5)の前記枠(51)の外周上に、酸素分子を収集するために配置され、開口(53)は、後者の前記軸および枠(51)の外周の間の中間位置に配置されており、窒素の放出を可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の空気遠心装置。
