Abstract
Description
本発明は、概して、消毒組成物及びそれらの使用のための方法及びそれらの調製に関する。特に、本発明は、潜在的に有害な細菌、藻類、真菌、及び/又はウイルスに対して、有用な表面消毒品質を有する化学組成物に関する。
黄色ブドウ球菌は、通性嫌気性グラム陽性球菌の細菌である。「ブドウ球菌」感染を引き起こすのは、最も普通のブドウ球菌属である。これの主な理由は、カロテノイド色素スタフィロキサンチン(staphloxanthin)(その属の名「golden staph」の原因となる)が、宿主免疫系により用いられる反応性酸素化学種による微生物における死の回避を助ける抗酸化作用を有する病原因子として作用することである。
本明細書中で使用される用語「消毒」は、対象上に存在しうる微生物又はウイルスを破壊するために、非生物/非生物学的対象(特に、基板の表面)に適用される物質を示す。本発明の文脈において、物質は、銀イオン水とアロエベラ汁又はゲルとを含む組成物である。本発明の文脈において、本発明の組成物はまた消毒及び清浄する働きもしうるので、用語「消毒」はまた、衛生化の概念を包含しうることが理解される。いずれの特定の作用態様に束縛されるものではないが、本発明の組成物はまた、いくつかの実施態様において、細菌等の微生物に加えてウイルスを破壊可能な状況で、殺生物剤として分類されうる。この後者の実施態様に加えて、当該組成物は、抗微生物性消毒剤として考えられうる。
1.消毒組成物
a)ホスフェートに基づく処方
組成物1aの抗菌活性を、Micromon(モナッシュ大学)−メルボルン、オーストラリア(ABN 12377614012)により実施したJIS方法論JIS Z 2801:2000(E)により試験した。
1.ラミネート上
これらのプレートから得られた記録の結果を以下の表に示す:

ここで:
Lmax:未処理試験ピース上の播種直後の細菌の生存細胞数の最大対数。
Lmin:未処理試験ピース上の播種直後の細菌の生存細胞数の最小対数。

行った試験は、規格JIS Z 2801:2000(E)により指示されたように効果的であるとみなされた。

Claims (25)
- 有効量の銀イオン水とアロエベラ汁又はゲルとを含む、消毒組成物。
- 噴霧可能な液体の形態である、有効量の銀イオン水とアロエベラ汁又はゲルとを含む消毒組成物。
- ワイプに含浸されている、有効量の銀イオン水とアロエベラ汁又はゲルとを含む、消毒組成物。
- 約0.04〜10ppm、好ましくは約0.04〜2ppm又は約0.04〜1ppm又は約0.04〜0.08ppmのAg+濃度を有する銀イオン水を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 全消毒組成物の約60〜90%wt/wtからの銀イオン水を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 全消毒組成物の約5〜20%wt/wtからのアロエベラ汁又はゲルを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 全消毒組成物の約7〜15%wt/wtからのアロエベラ汁又はゲルを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 全消毒組成物の、濃度約0.04〜2ppmからの銀イオン(Ag+)及び5〜20%wt/wtからのアロエベラ汁又はゲルを含み、該銀イオン水が、全消毒組成物の60〜90%wt/wtを構成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- ホスフェートフリーである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- クロライドフリーである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- ホスフェート及びクロライドフリーである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- アロエベラ汁を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 組成物のpHが約9〜11である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の消毒組成物。
- 組成物のpHが約10である、請求項13に記載の消毒組成物。
- 請求項1〜14に記載される消毒組成物を、該表面(非生物学的)に適用することを含む、基板の表面を消毒する方法。
- 黄色ブドウ球菌(MRSAを含む)、大腸菌(E.Coli)、シュードモナス、プロテウス・ブルガリス、サルモネラ・コレレスイス、クロストリジウム・ディフィシル、及び腸球菌(バンコマイシン耐性腸球菌(VRE)を含む)からなる群から選ばれる細菌、藻類、真菌及び/又はウイルスに対して表面を消毒するための、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 細菌、好ましくは黄色ブドウ球菌又はMRSAに対して、表面を消毒するための、請求項16に記載の方法。
- E.Coliに対して、表面を消毒するための、請求項16に記載の方法。
