Abstract
Description
テープの輪郭を定め、環状空間の径方向外側範囲を画定する外側壁を備えた金型空間と、環状空間の径方向内側範囲を画定するコアとを設けるステップと、
環状空間に易流動性材料を端面導入するステップと、
易流動性材料を硬化するステップと、
硬化した材料を離型するステップと
を含む方法が提供される。
環状空間の径方向外側範囲を画定する側壁と環状空間の各端面を画定する底壁及び蓋壁とを備えた多部品ハウジングと、
環状空間の径方向内側範囲を画定するコアと、
易流動性材料を導入する入口と、
環状空間に通気するベントと
を備えた装置が提供される。
Claims (23)
- 実質的に継目のない周方向に閉じた可撓性エンボス又は印刷テープを製造する方法であって、
前記テープの輪郭を定め、環状空間の径方向外側範囲を画定する外側壁を備えた環状金型空間と、該環状空間の径方向内側範囲を画定するコアとを設けるステップと、
前記環状空間に易流動性材料を端面導入するステップと、
前記易流動性材料を硬化するステップと、
硬化した前記材料を離型するステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記外側壁は複数の側部要素を備え、前記離型するステップは、
前記側部要素を前記コアから径方向外方に変位させて前記環状空間を開くステップと、
前記テープを前記コアから取り外すステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記金型空間を設けるステップは、
前記環状空間を画定する壁の一方に、前記テープに形成すべき表面レリーフパターンを定めるインサート型を設けるステップ
をさらに含む方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記インサート型を設けるステップは、前記コアの周りに周方向スリーブを設けるステップを含む方法。
- 実質的に継目のない周方向に閉じた可撓性エンボス又は印刷テープを製造する装置であって、
環状金型空間の径方向外側範囲を画定する側壁と前記環状空間の各端面を画定する底壁及び蓋壁とを備えた多部品ハウジングと、
前記環状空間の径方向内側範囲を画定するコアと、
易流動性材料を導入する入口と、
前記環状空間に通気するベントと
を備えた装置。 - 請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記側壁は、複数の側部要素を有する多部品で設計される装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、前記複数の側部要素は複数の周方向セグメントを含む装置。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の装置において、前記複数の側部要素は、前記環状空間を開くことができるように径方向外方に変位可能であるよう配置される装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置において、前記複数の側部要素は外方に回転可能である装置。
- 請求項9に記載に記載の装置において、前記複数の側壁は、固定ピボットで接合された2つの半体を備える装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置において、半体は複数の側部要素を含む装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記半体の隣接する側部要素は枢動係合される装置。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、隣接する側部要素は相互に対して自己調心する装置。
- 請求項9又は13に記載の装置において、周方向に見て隣接する側部要素は、相互許容オフセットを可能にする装置。
- 請求項9〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、隣接する側部要素間にシールが設けられる装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記シールはインフレート(エラストマー)シールである装置。
- 請求項5〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、本体表面にテクスチャを導入するためにインサート型が設けられる装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記インサート型は、可撓性であり、組み立て状態で前記側部要素間の長手方向の隙間を閉じる装置。
- 請求項17又は18に記載の装置において、前記インサート型は、磁性であり、前記側壁又はコアの少なくとも一方に、前記インサート型を保持するための複数の磁石が設けられる装置。
- 請求項5〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記コアは多部品からなる装置。
- 請求項5〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置において、前記コアは拡径可能である装置。
- 請求項21に記載の装置において、前記コアは、径方向に変位可能な少なくとも1つの周方向セグメントを備える装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従い且つ請求項5〜22のいずれか1項による装置を用いて製造した、実質的に継目のない周方向に閉じた可撓性エンボス又は印刷テープ。
