Abstract
Description
― 前記熱伝導性および電気絶縁性材料は、セラミック、特にアルミナ(alumina)である。
― 前記導電性材料は、銅(copper)またはニッケル(nickel)から選択される。
― 熱電構成要素は、特にハンダ付けによって前記導電性トラックに固定される。
― 熱電構成要素を前記導電性トラックにハンダ付けすることを可能にする材料を、導電性材料と共に噴霧することができる。
― 熱伝導性支持部は、チューブであり、主被膜は、前記チューブの表面の数個の個別領域に噴霧される。
Claims (10)
- コンタクト面と呼ばれる、2つの面(3a,3b)の間に加えられる温度勾配から電流を生成する、複数のいわゆる熱電構成要素(4)を備えた熱電装置を製造する方法であって、
熱伝導性支持部(30)を、高熱源または低熱源に接して設け、
主被膜と呼ばれる被膜(21)を作製するように、前記支持部(30)の全てまたは一部に熱伝導性および電気絶縁性材料(20)を溶射し、
前記主被膜に、導電性トラック(22)を形成するように導電性材料を溶射し、前記導電性トラックは、そのコンタクト面(3a,3b)を介して熱電構成要素を受けるためのものである、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記主被膜(21)は、前記熱伝導性および電気絶縁性材料(20)をプラズマ噴霧することにより作製される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性トラック(22)は、前記導電性材料をプラズマ噴霧することにより作製される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記主被膜(21)および前記導電性トラック(22)は、同じ噴霧ツールを用いて作製される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性および電気絶縁性材料(20)は、アルミナ(alumina)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記導電性材料は、銅(copper)またはニッケル(nickel)から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱電構成要素(4)は、ハンダ付けによって前記導電性トラック(22)に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱電構成要素(4)を前記導電性トラック(22)にハンダ付けすることを可能にする材料を、前記導電性材料と共に噴霧する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性支持部(30)は、チューブ(1,2)であり、前記主被膜は、前記チューブ(1,2)の表面の数個の個別領域(24a,24b,24c)において噴霧される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに従って得られる熱電装置。
