Description
Claims (20)
- 噴霧装置のヘッド部に取り付けられるように構成されたエアキャップを備えるシステムであって、前記エアキャップが、湾曲した流路を有する少なくとも1つの空気通路を備える、システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの通路が、湾曲したチューブを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記湾曲したチューブが、少なくとも部分的に保護壁によって取り囲まれている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記湾曲したチューブが、少なくとも部分的に保護材料によって包み込まれている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護材料が、オーバーモールドされた材料である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記エアキャップが、前記湾曲した流路を備える前記少なくとも1つの空気通路を有するワンピース構造である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エアキャップが、前記湾曲した流路を備える前記少なくとも1つの空気通路を有するマルチピース構造である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記マルチピース構造の第1のピースが、前記湾曲した流路を備える前記少なくとも1つの空気通路を形成し、前記マルチピース構造の第2のピースが、前記第1のピースを少なくとも部分的に取り囲む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記湾曲した流路を有する前記少なくとも1つの空気通路が、空気流を噴霧の方向に導き、前記噴霧を形成するようにされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気通路が、前記エアキャップの長手軸の対向する側に第1の空気通路及び第2の空気通路を備え、前記第1の空気通路が、前記長手軸へ向かって内向きに湾曲する第1の湾曲した通路を備え、前記第2の空気通路が、前記長手軸へ向かって内向きに湾曲する第2の湾曲した通路を備え、前記第1の空気通路及び第2の空気通路が、第1の空気流及び第2の空気流を噴霧の方向に導き、前記噴霧を形成するようにされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気通路が、前記エアキャップの前記長手軸の前記対向する側に第3の及び第4の空気通路を備え、前記第3の空気通路が、前記長手軸へ向かって内向きに湾曲する第3の湾曲した通路を備え、前記第4の空気通路が、前記長手軸へ向かって内向きに湾曲する第4の湾曲した通路を備え、前記第3の空気通路及び第4の空気通路が、第3の空気流及び第4の空気流を噴霧の方向に導き、前記噴霧を形成するようにされている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記エアキャップを有する前記噴霧装置を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記噴霧装置が、前記少なくとも1つの空気通路を通過する空気流を制御するようにされた空気弁を備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記噴霧装置が、前記噴霧装置の前記ヘッド部に通じる液体通路を備え、前記噴霧装置が、液体を霧状化して液体噴霧を生成するようにされている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記噴霧装置が、前記液体通路を通過する液体の流れを制御するようにされた液体弁を備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記噴霧装置が、前記噴霧装置の作動を制御するようにされたハンドルとトリガとを備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- スプレーヘッドを備えるシステムであって、前記スプレーヘッドが、
前記スプレーヘッドの中心軸に向かって内向きに曲がる、第1の湾曲した空気通路と、
前記スプレーヘッドの前記中心軸に向かって内向きに曲がる、第2の湾曲した空気通路と、を備え、
前記第1の湾曲した空気通路及び第2の湾曲した空気通路が、第1の空気流及び第2の空気流を噴霧に向かって内向きに導き、前記噴霧を形成するようにされている、システム。 - 前記第1の湾曲した空気通路及び第2の湾曲した空気通路が、少なくとも部分的に支持構造の中に配置された第1の湾曲したチューブ及び第2の湾曲したチューブをそれぞれ備え、前記支持構造が、保護壁又は保護材料の少なくとも1つを備え、前記第1の湾曲した空気通路及び第2の湾曲した空気通路が、前記支持構造から離れて外向きに突き出している、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 噴霧装置を備えるシステムであって、前記噴霧装置が、
液体出口に通じる液体通路であって、前記噴霧装置が、前記液体出口からの液体を霧状化して噴霧を形成するようにされている、液体通路と、
空気出口に向かって徐々に湾曲する湾曲した空気通路であって、前記噴霧装置が、前記空気出口からの空気流で前記噴霧を少なくとも部分的に形成するようにされている、湾曲した空気通路と、を備える、
システム。 - 前記湾曲した空気通路の空気出口が、下流方向の前記液体出口から離れる方向に、前記液体出口から軸方向にオフセットしている、請求項19に記載のシステム。
