− 灰を回収し、除去する領域(40)と、

Claims (11)
- 固体炭素燃料(2)をガス化するためのガス化装置(1)において、少なくとも1つの第一の縦型容器(4)であって、前記燃料(2)を前記第一の容器(4)の上部で第一の垂直軸(A)に沿って導入する供給手段(5)を備え、その中で前記燃料を熱分解する熱分解領域(10)と、前記熱分解領域(10)からの熱分解ガスを燃焼させる燃焼領域(20)と、前記熱分解領域(10)からの炭化燃料をガス化する還元領域(30)と、前記還元領域で生成されたガスを回収する排出口(6)とを有する少なくとも1つの第一の縦型容器(4)を含み、前記第一の容器(4)は、前記供給手段(5)と前記熱分解領域(10)の間に取り付けられ、前記容器(4)に導入された前記燃料(2)を受けて保持する水平板(50)を含み、
前記第一の容器(4)が、前記供給手段(5)と前記水平板(50)の間に取り付けられた移動可能なプッシャ(51)を含み、前記移動可能なプッシャ(51)が、前記水平板の上に保持された前記燃料を前記熱分解領域へと押し入れるように設計され、前記水平板(50)の上方に位置付けられ、または位置付けることができることを特徴とするガス化装置(1)。 - 前記移動可能なプッシャ(51)が、前記板(10)の上方で水平に延び、第二の垂直軸(B)の周囲で回転可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1本のアーム(52)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記第二の軸(B)が前記第一の軸(A)とずれていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガス化装置。
- それが、前記プッシャの前記少なくとも1本のアーム(52)を前記第二の軸(B)の周囲で回転するように駆動するモータ(M)と、前記モータ(M)を制御して、前記少なくとも1本のアーム(52)を前記第二の軸(B)の周囲で搖動させるのに適した第一の制御手段(60)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記第一の制御手段(60)が、前記搖動の初期角度位置(P1)および振幅(A1)を設定できることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記第一の容器(4)が、前記熱分解領域(10)内の固体燃料層の上面(80)を少なくとも部分的に平均化するのに適した平均化手段(70)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記平均化手段(70)が、前記熱分解領域(10)内の固体燃料層の前記上面(80)の高さで水平に延びる少なくとも1本の平均化アーム(71)を含み、前記少なくとも1本のアーム(71)が第三の垂直軸(C)の周囲で回転可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記平均化手段が、軸Cを有する回転シャフトの周囲に60度間隔で放射状に取り付けられた6本のアームを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のガス化装置。
- 軸Bと軸Cが一致することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のガス化装置。
- 前記プッシャの前記少なくとも1本のアーム(52)と前記平均化手段の前記少なくとも1本のアーム(71)が、同一の回転シャフト(75)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のガス化装置。
- ガスを生成し、燃焼させるためのユニットであって、前記ガスを生成するための請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のガス化装置を含むユニット。
