Claims (8)
- 外科用拡張器において、
第1端と反対側の第2端の間の長手方向軸上を延びる細長い非カニューレ型円筒形本体を備え、前記本体は、前記第1端から前記第2端まで延びている長さを含み、前記長さは、前記第1端と前記第2端のうちの一方が、当該第1端と当該第2端のうちの他方が脊柱に沿って骨構造と接触して位置付けられたときに、患者の皮膚レベルの外に在るような寸法であり、前記第1端は、前記本体の一方の側面に前記長手方向軸からオフセットした第1の最末端の先を形成している斜角構成を含み、前記第2端は、前記長手方向軸上に在る第2の最末端の先を有する二重斜角構成を含んでいる、外科用拡張器。 - 前記第1端と前記第2端は、前記本体の外表面に粗面化部を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記斜角構成は、前記長手方向軸に斜めに第1の最末端の先から前記本体の反対側の側面の移行部まで延びる端面を形成しており、前記端面は前記本体の前記第2の側面に合流している、請求項1に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記本体は、前記端面から前記本体の中へ前記長手方向軸上を延びる空洞を含んでいる、請求項3に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記空洞は、組織物質を掻取るためのエッジを前記端面上に画定している、請求項4に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記二重斜角構成は、前記第2の最末端の先から前記本体の互いに反対側の側面の各々へ延びる一対の端面であってそれぞれが前記長手方向軸に斜めの向きに延びている一対の端面、を画定している、請求項1に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記本体は、前記長手方向軸に直交する最大断面寸法を含んでおり、前記長さは前記最大断面寸法より約20倍大きい、請求項1に記載の外科用拡張器。
- 前記第1端と前記第2端は、それぞれ、前記本体が組織を貫いて進められる際に組織を分離するための鈍な非切削先端を画定している、請求項1に記載の外科用拡張器。
