  1. 複数本のナノファイバーを含むナノウェブであって、ここでナノファイバーがポリイミドを含み、かつナノウェブが坪量のグラム毎平方メートル単位当たり1.0kg/cm2以上の坪量限界の単位gsm当たり靱性を有し;ポリイミドが全芳香族であり、かつモノマー単位PMDAおよびODA、またはBPDAおよびRODAを含み;そしてポリイミドが晶化度(CI)およびイミド化度(DOI)を有することにより特徴付けられ、ここでDOIとCIの積が0.08〜0.25の間にある、上記ナノウェブ。
