Description

Claims (24)

を備えるカテーテル組立体。 - 前記メッシュスリーブが少なくとも最初は前記カテーテルチューブに沿って摺動可能である、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記メッシュスリーブが、前記カテーテルチューブの潜在的なピンチオフが発生する可能性がある場所で前記カテーテルチューブに固定される、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記カテーテルチューブが植込み可能なアクセスポートに動作可能に接続され、前記スリーブが、患者の鎖骨に近接する靱帯に近接して通過するまたは患者の鎖骨に近接する前記靱帯を貫通する前記カテーテルチューブの一部分を覆うように位置決めされる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体。

- 患者内部の皮下組織ポケット内に植込み可能な医用デバイスを固着するための方法であって、
前記患者の身体内で前記皮下組織ポケットを画定するステップと、
前記ポケットの一部分および前記医用デバイスの外表面のうちの少なくとも1つに接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記医用デバイスが前記接着剤によって前記ポケット内部の所定の位置に固着されるように、前記ポケット内に前記医用デバイスを設置するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記接着剤が硬化するのに十分な時間にわたって前記ポケット内で設置した後で前記医用デバイスを静止するように保つステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の固着するための方法。
- 前記医用デバイスが植込み可能なアクセスポートを含み、前記接着剤が、吸収可能/再吸収可能な接着剤、生体適合性エポキシ、光硬化接着剤、熱硬化接着剤、および時間硬化接着剤のうちの1つを含む、請求項10に記載の固着するための方法。
- 前記接着剤を塗布するステップが、前記医用デバイスの底部表面に前記接着剤を塗布するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の固着するための方法。
- 前記接着剤を塗布するステップが、創傷閉鎖接着剤、加硫シリコーン、およびシアノアクリレートのうちの少なくとも1つを含む接着剤を塗布するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の固着するための方法。

を備える固定システム。 - 前記メッシュシートが可撓性であり、接着剤および機械的締め具のうちの少なくとも1つにより前記医用デバイスの外表面に取り付けられる、請求項15に記載の固定システム。
- 前記メッシュシートが、接着剤および機械的締め具のうちの少なくとも1つにより前記ポケットの中の組織に固定される、請求項15に記載の固定システム。
- 前記メッシュシートが、前記メッシュシートを通るねじ付き締め具の挿入により前記ポケットの中の組織に取り付けられる、請求項17に記載の固定システム。
- 前記ねじ付き締め具を前記メッシュシートおよび組織とねじ込み可能に係合させるために挿入器具が使用され、前記締め具が最初に前記挿入器具のシャフトから延在するピンガイド上で受け入れられる、請求項18に記載の固定システム。
- 前記挿入器具の前記シャフトが四角形断面を画定し、前記締め具の頭部部分が四角形であり、前記シャフトの遠位部分が、前記締め具を前記メッシュシートおよび組織とねじ込み可能に係合させるために用いることができる、請求項19に記載の固定システム。
- 前記メッシュシートが、前記ポケット内での植え込み後に前記メッシュシート上の微生物の存在を阻害する抗菌物質を含む、請求項15に記載の固定システム。
- 前記メッシュシートの外周の少なくとも一部分が、それを通して締め具をねじ込み可能に受け入れるのに適した実質的に中実の縁部分を含む、請求項15に記載の固定システム。
