Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 患者データを取得して通信する1つ以上のMBANデバイスと、
1つ以上のメディカル・ボディ・エリア・ネットワーク(MBAN)システムと
を有する医療システムであって、
各MBANシステムは、短距離無線通信を介してハブデバイスと前記患者データを通信する前記1つ以上のMBANデバイスを含み、前記短距離無線通信を介した前記患者データの通信は、所定のスペクトル内にあり、
各MBANデバイスは、前記1つ以上のMBANデバイスから通信された患者データを受信し、長距離通信及び1つ以上のアクセスポイント(AP)を介して中央監視ステーションと通信し、医療施設に関して前記MBANシステムの位置を判定する前記ハブデバイスを含み、
前記1つ以上のMBANデバイスは、前記MBANハブデバイスが前記医療施設外に位置する場合、前記所定のスペクトル内で送信することを抑制される医療システム。 - 前記MBANハブデバイスは、前記MBANハブデバイスが接続された前記1つ以上のAP又は最近接続されている前記1つ以上のAPからAP情報を受信し、各MBANハブは、前記AP情報から自分の施設内状態を判定する、請求項1に記載の医療システム。
- AP情報は、少なくともAP位置分類とAP信号強度とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の医療システム。
- 前記AP分類は、内部AP、外部AP及び出入り口APのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- MBANシステムの前記施設内状態は、室内、室外又は未知として分類され得る、請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 前記MBANデバイスが動作を開始したことに応じて、前記施設内状態は未知に設定されるか、医療職員により手動で設定され、
前記MBANハブデバイスが内部APに接続されたことに応じて、施設内状態パラメータは室内に設定され、
前記MBANハブデバイスが出入り口APに接続されたことに応じて、施設内状態パラメータは室外に設定され、
前記MBANハブデバイスが外部APに接続されたことに応じて、施設内状態パラメータは変更されないままになり、
前記MBANハブデバイスがそのAPへの接続を失ったことに応じて、施設内状態パラメータは未知に設定される、請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。 - MBANシステムの施設内状態が室内として分類されたことに応じて、前記MBANハブデバイス又はそのMBANデバイスは、MBANスペクトルで動作を許可され、
MBANシステムの施設内状態が室外又は未知として分類されたことに応じて、前記MBANハブデバイス又はそのMBANデバイスは、MBANスペクトルで動作を許可されない、請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。 - 前記APの信号強度は、前記MBANシステムの施設内状態を判定するために更に使用される、請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 前記MBANハブデバイスが出入り口APに接続されたことに応じて、前記AP信号強度が所定の閾値以上である場合、施設内状態パラメータは室内に設定され、前記AP信号強度が前記所定の閾値未満である場合、施設内状態パラメータは室外に設定され、
前記MBANハブデバイスが外部APに接続されたことに応じて、前記AP信号強度が所定の閾値以上である場合、施設内状態パラメータは室内に設定され、前記AP信号強度が前記所定の閾値未満である場合、施設内状態パラメータは変更されないままになる、請求項8に記載の医療システム。 - 前記MBANハブデバイスは、周辺APから周辺AP情報を更に受信する、請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 前記MBANハブデバイスが出入り口AP又は外部APに接続され、周辺の内部APの信号強度が所定の閾値より大きい場合、施設内状態は室内に設定される、請求項10に記載の医療システム。
- 前記MBANハブデバイスは、前記APから自分の移動をトラッキングする、請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項に記載の医療システム。
- 1つ以上のメディカル・ボディ・エリア・ネットワーク(MBAN)デバイスにより患者データを収集するステップと、
MBANシステムの施設内状態を判定するステップと、
短距離無線通信を介して、前記収集された患者データを前記1つ以上のMBANデバイスから前記MBANシステムを通じてハブデバイスに通信するステップであり、所定のスペクトル内での短距離無線通信を介した通信は、医療施設内のみで許可されるステップと、
前記1つ以上のAPを通じた長距離無線通信を介して前記ハブデバイスからの前記収集された患者データを中央監視ステーションに通信するステップと、
前記1つ以上のAPから前記MBANシステムの施設内状態を判定するステップと
を有する方法。 - 前記ハブデバイスと前記ハブデバイスに接続された前記1つ以上のAPとの間でAP情報を通信するステップを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- AP情報は、少なくともAP分類とAP信号強度とを含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記AP分類は、内部AP、出入り口AP及び外部APのうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13ないし15のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- MBANシステムの前記施設内状態は、室内、室外又は未知として分類され得る、請求項13ないし16のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記MBANシステムの施設内状態が室内として分類されたことに応じて、所定のスペクトル内で通信するステップと、
前記MBANシステムの施設内状態が室外又は未知として分類されたことに応じて、前記所定のスペクトル内での通信を禁止するステップと
を更に含む、請求項13ないし17のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項10ないし18のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するようにプログラムされた1つ以上のプロセッサを有する医療システム。
- プロセッサにプログラムがロードされた場合、請求項10ないし18のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように前記プロセッサをプログラムしたソフトウェアを含むコンピュータ可読媒体。
