Description
「以下の有機物を含む固体原料から開始する液体燃料の生産のためのプロセスが発見された。
a)固体原料は、一酸化炭素および水素を含む合成ガスに該原料を変換するように気化段階にさらされ、
b)段階a)で得られた合成ガスは、水素対一酸化炭素、つまりH2/COのモル比を、好ましくは1.8と2.2との間の所定の値まで高めるための調整を含む浄化処理にさらされ、
c)段階b)で得られた浄化された合成ガスは、該合成ガスを液体排出物およびガス状排出物に変換するように、フィッシャートロプシュ型の合成の実装を含む変換段階にさらされ、
d)段階c)で得られた液体排出物は、気体留分、ナフサ留分、灯油留分、および燃料油留分から成るグループから選択される少なくとも2つの留分を得るように分留され、
e)ナフサ留分の少なくとも一部が気化段階で再循環される。」
i.高品質ディーゼル油生成物または添加剤、
ii.硫黄がない高品質ディーゼル油およびジェット燃料、
iii.ナフサ等の石油副生成物または低値原料、
iv.低排出物およびクリーンな燃焼のディーゼル油およびジェット燃料
v.付随する性能増強を伴うセタン価上昇、および
vi.フィッシャートロプシュ反応器を使用する従来のプロセスに比較した、ディーゼル油/ジェット燃料の大量の産出量

Claims (10)
- (a)非触媒部分酸化反応で水素が希薄な合成ガス流を調製するステップと、
(b)前記合成ガス流を触媒作用的に変換して、少なくともナフサを含む炭化水素を生成するステップと、
(c)水素発生器に前記ナフサを再循環して、水素が豊富な流れを形成するステップと、
(d)ステップ(a)の前記水素が希薄な流れと前記水素が豊富な流れを結合して、炭化水素の前記変換を強化するステップと
を含む、炭化水素を合成するためのプロセス。 - 前記水素が希薄な合成ガス流が熱ガス化装置内で形成される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ガス化装置が、石炭、バイオマス、石油残油、石油コークス、都市廃棄物、プラスチック、木材廃棄物、脱金属化した廃タイヤ、林業廃棄物、廃水バイオマス、下水バイオマス、農業廃棄物、農業副生成物、炭素質材料、およびその混合物から成る群から選択された構成要素を気化する、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(b)で実行された触媒変換が、フィッシャートロプシュ反応を使用して達成される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(c)の前記水素発生器が蒸気メタン改質装置(SMR)を備える、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- (a)非触媒部分酸化反応で水素が希薄な合成ガス流を調製するステップと、
(b)前記合成ガス流を触媒作用的に変換して、少なくともナフサおよび燃料ガスを含む炭化水素を生成するステップと、
(c)水素発生器に前記ナフサを再循環して、水素が豊富な流れを形成するステップと、
(d)ステップ(b)からの燃料を第2の水素発生器に再循環して、補足合成ガス流を形成するステップと、
(e)前記水素が豊富な流れおよび前記補足合成ガス流を、ステップ(a)の前記水素が希薄な流れと結合して、炭化水素の前記変換を強化するステップと
を含む、炭化水素を合成するためのプロセス。 - ステップ(d)からの前記再循環された燃料が、前記フィッシャートロプシュユニットおよびまたは炭化水素アップグレーダユニットからの製油所ガスを含む、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 合成ガスの前記補足流が、自己熱改質装置(ATR)を使用して形成される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- ステップ(b)で実行される触媒変換が、フィッシャートロプシュ反応を使用して達成される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素を合成するためのシステムであって、
(a)水素含有量が希薄な合成ガスを生成するための手段と、
(b)前記合成ガスを触媒作用的に変換して、少なくともナフサを含む炭化水素を生成するための手段と、
(c)水素発生器と、
(d)前記水素発生器にナフサを再循環して、水素が豊富な流れを形成するための回路手段と、
(e)前記水素が豊富な流れを前記水素が希薄な流れに結合して、炭化水素生成
を強化するための、混合され、濃縮された水素含有量の流れを提供するための回路手段と
を備える、システム。
