Claims (13)
- プレート式熱交換器であり、
第一の媒体のための第一のプレート隙間(3)と第二の媒体のための第二のプレート隙間(4)を有しているプレートパッケージ(1)を形成するために互いにそばに設けられた複数の熱交換器プレート(2)を備え、前記第一および第二のプレート隙間(3,4)は、前記プレートパッケージ(1)の中に交互に設けられており、また、
前記プレートパッケージを貫いて延び、前記第一の媒体を前記第一のプレート隙間(3)の中へ、またそこから外へ運ぶように配された第一の入口および出口チャンネル(5,6)を形成している多数の丸穴と、
一つの挿入要素(10)を備え、それは、前記第一の媒体のための前記丸穴の一つの中に設けられており、
環状体(11)と、
前記環状体(11)から外側に突出し、前記プレートパッケージ(1)中の前記熱交換器(2)の二つの間に設けられた環状フランジ(12)を備えており、
前記環状フランジ(12)は第一の側面(12a)と反対の第二の側面(12b)を有しており、それらは前記二つの熱交換器プレート(2)のそれぞれの一つに当接している、プレート式熱交換器において、
前記第一の側面(12a)が、前記環状体(11)の付近の環状溝(15)と、前記環状溝から前記環状フランジ(12)の外側縁の向こうに延びている少なくとも一つの放射状溝(16)を備えていることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 前記挿入要素(10)は、前記丸穴の中に機能デバイス(20)を配置するように配されている、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記挿入要素(11)は、前記丸穴の中に前記機能デバイス(20)を取り付けて保持するように配された取り付け部材を備えている、請求項2に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記取り付け部材は、前記機能デバイス(20)の対応するねじと共同動作するように配されたねじを備えており、これらのねじがねじ結合(13)を形成する、請求項3に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記取り付け部材は、前記機能デバイス(20)の対応する第二の差込みカップリング部分(39)と共同動作するように配された第一の差込みカップリング部分(38)を備えており、これらの部分(38,39)が差込みカップリング(37)を形成する、請求項3に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記取り付け部材は、前記機能デバイス(20)の対応する表面と共同動作するように配された表面を備えており、これらの表面が押圧はめ(29)を形成する、請求項3に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記機能デバイス(20)は、流れ案内デバイスを備えている、請求項2ないし6のいずれか一つに記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記プレート式熱交換器は、第一の熱交換器部分(1a)と第二の熱交換器部分(1b)に分けられ、前記挿入要素(10)は、前記第一の熱交換器部分(1a)と前記第二の熱交換器部分(1b)の間に設けられており、前記第一の媒体が、前記第一の熱交換器部分(1a)中の前記第一のプレート隙間(3)を通ってある方向に、また前記第二の熱交換器部分(1b)中の前記第一のプレート隙間(3)を通って反対方向に運ばれるように案内するように配されている、請求項7に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記機能デバイスは、前記第一の媒体が前記少なくとも一つの丸穴を通り抜けるのを少なくとも部分的に防止するために前記少なくとも一つの丸穴を絞るように配されたバルブ(21)を備えている、請求項8に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記バルブ(21)は、前記第一の媒体の温度に応じて前記丸穴を絞るように配されたサーモスタットバルブを備えている、請求項9に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器プレート(2)と前記挿入要素(10)は、金属材料の融解によって互いに永久的に接続されており、前記第一の側面(12a)は、前記二つの熱交換器プレート(2)の一方に永久的に接続されており、前記第二の側面(12b)は、前記二つの熱交換器プレート(2)の他方に永久的に接続されている、先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 第二の側面(12b)は平らである、先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記丸穴はまた、前記第二の媒体を、第二のプレート隙間(4)の中へ、またそこから外へ運ぶように配された第二の入口および出口チャンネル(7,8)を形成している、先行請求項のいずれか一つに記載のプレート式熱交換器。
