Claims (12)
- 上部に開口を有するケース;及び
前記ケースの内部空間をろ過膜の挿入のための第1の空間及び前記ろ過膜の固定のための第2の空間に分割するパーティション;を含み、
前記パーティションには貫通ホールが形成されており、
前記第1及び第2の空間は、前記パーティションの貫通ホールを介して互いに流体連通することを特徴とするろ過膜用ヘッダー。 - 前記第2の空間は、前記ケースの側壁の少なくとも一部と前記パーティションとの間に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のろ過膜用ヘッダー。
- 前記パーティションの高さが前記側壁の高さより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のろ過膜用ヘッダー。
- 前記ケースの内側面に多数の溝が形成されており、
前記各溝は、前記ケースの外側面に行くほど大きくなる勾配形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のろ過膜用ヘッダー。 - 上部に開口を有するケースと、前記ケースの内部空間をろ過膜の挿入のための第1の空間及びろ過膜の固定のための第2の空間に分割するパーティションと、を含むヘッダー;
前記ケースと共に前記第1の空間内に集水空間を形成する固定層;及び
前記固定層内にポッティングされており、開放端を通して前記集水空間と流体連通するろ過膜;を含み、
前記パーティションには貫通ホールが形成されており、
前記固定層は、前記第1の空間の少なくとも一部と前記第2の空間にそれぞれ存在し、前記パーティションの貫通ホール内にも存在することを特徴とするろ過膜モジュール。 - 前記第2の空間は、前記ケースの側壁の少なくとも一部と前記パーティションとの間に存在することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のろ過膜モジュール。
- 前記パーティションの高さが前記側壁の高さより小さく、
前記固定層の一部が前記パーティションの直ぐ上にも存在することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のろ過膜モジュール。 - 前記ケースの内側面に多数の溝が形成されており、
前記各溝は、前記ケースの外側面に行くほど大きくなる勾配形状を有し、
前記固定層の一部が前記各溝に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のろ過膜モジュール。 - 前記固定層は、
前記ケースと共に前記第1の空間内に集水空間を形成する第1のサブ―固定層;及び
前記第1のサブ―固定層上の第2のサブ―固定層;を含み、
前記第2のサブ―固定層は、前記第1の空間の少なくとも一部と前記第2の空間にそれぞれ存在し、前記パーティションの貫通ホール内にも存在することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のろ過膜モジュール。 - 前記第1及び第2のサブ―固定層は同一の物質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のろ過膜モジュール。
- 前記第2のサブ―固定層は、処理すべき原水と直接接触するポッティング面を有し、
前記ろ過膜モジュールは、前記第2のサブ―固定層のポッティング面と前記ろ過膜が直接接触することを防止するために前記ポッティング面と前記ろ過膜との間に介在する保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のろ過膜モジュール。 - 前記保護層は、前記第2のサブ―固定層より低い硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のろ過膜モジュール。
