Claims (7)

  1. 8−[5−(1−ヒドロキシ−1−メチルエチル)ピリジン−3−イル]−1−[(2S)−2−メトキシプロピル]−3−メチル−1,3−ジヒドロ−2H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−2−オンである化合物、またはその薬学的に許容可能な塩。
  2. 8−[5−(1−ヒドロキシ−1−メチルエチル)ピリジン−3−イル]−1−[(2S)−2−メトキシプロピル]−3−メチル−1,3−ジヒドロ−2H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−2−オンである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
  3. 2θ±0.2において、8.57ならびに9.06、15.93、18.29および18.87の1つ以上で生じる特性ピークを有するX線粉末回折パターンにより特徴付けられる結晶形態の8−[5−(1−ヒドロキシ−1−メチルエチル)ピリジン−3−イル]−1−[(2S)−2−メトキシプロピル]−3−メチル−1,3−ジヒドロ−2H−イミダゾ[4,5−c]キノリン−2−オンである、請求項2に記載の化合物。
  4. 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物または塩と、薬学的に許容可能な担体、希釈剤、または賦形剤とを含む、医薬組成物。
  5. 治療に使用するための請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物または塩。
  6. 癌の治療に使用するための請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化合物または塩。
  7. 前記癌が、膀胱癌、結腸癌、胃癌(gastric cancer)、頭頸部癌、NSCLC、乳癌、黒色腫、卵巣癌、膵癌、前立腺癌、膠芽細胞腫、肺癌、腎癌、肉腫、造血およびリンパ系組織癌、CNS癌、子宮頸癌、子宮内膜癌、肝癌、皮膚癌、胃癌(stomach cancer)、甲状腺癌、上気道消化管癌、および泌尿器癌からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の使用のための化合物または塩。
