Claims (15)
- 電線(2)を端子部材(3)に機械的及び電気的に接続する方法であって、
前記端子部材の接触開口(7)の入口面(9)とほぼ平行に前記電線の接続部分(8)を配置する工程と、
前記接続部分の結合部(18)の横切断部(19)を塑性変形させることにより前記結合部を前記接触開口に接触させる工程と
を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記接触開口が細長であることにより、前記電線の前記接続部分は、前記接触開口の縦方向(L)とほぼ平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記結合部は、前記接触工程の間、前記接触開口をほぼ埋めることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコネクタ。
- 前記接触工程の間、前記接触開口の外側の前記結合部は前記入口面を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記結合部は、前記接触開口の前記入口面とほぼ直交して延びる挿入方向(I)に沿って前記接触開口内に押圧されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電線の絶縁コーティング(17)は、前記結合部の前記接触開口との接触の間、前記結合部で除去されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の接触開口(7)を有する端子部材(3)と、前記接触開口に機械的及び電気的に接続された少なくとも1本の電線(2)とを具備する端子組立体(1)であって、
前記接触開口の外側に配置された前記電線の接続部分(8)は、前記接触開口の入口面(9)とほぼ平行に延びており、
前記接続部分の結合部(18)は、塑性変形して前記接触開口に非積極的に接続されることを特徴とする端子組立体。 - 前記接触開口は、前記電線の方向に沿って細長であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の端子組立体。
- 前記接触開口には少なくとも1個のアンダカット(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の端子組立体。
- 前記接触開口は、前記端子部材の一面(10)の入口面から前記端子部材の他面の出口面(11)まで延びるスルーホール(7’)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の端子組立体。
- 前記結合部は、前記スルーホールを貫通すると共に、前記端子部材の前記一面の前記入口面を覆うストッパ(20)及び前記他面の前記出口面を覆う別のストッパ(20a)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の端子組立体。
- 前記電線は、単線、マグネット線(2’)又は撚り線(2")であることを特徴とする請求項7ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の端子組立体。
- 前記結合部における前記電線の体積は、前記接触開口の容積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項7ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載の端子組立体。
- 請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載の電線を端子部材に機械的及び電気的に接続する方法を具備することを特徴とする電気機器の製造方法。
- 請求項7ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の端子組立体を具備することを特徴とする電気機器。
