- インバータシステムに含まれた電力ケーブルの状態を検出する方法であって、
一定周期ごとに電力ケーブルを介してモータに供給される相電流値を取得するステップと、
前記一定周期ごとに取得された相電流値に対して一定サイズの移動ウィンドウを生成し、前記生成された移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた相電流値を利用して移動ウィドウ演算値を取得するステップと、
前記取得された移動ウィンドウ演算値と予め設定された基準値とを比較するステップと、
前記の比較結果に応じて前記電力ケーブルの異常有無を検出するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記取得された相電流値の絶対値を計算するステップを更に含み、
前記移動ウィンドウ演算値は、前記計算された絶対値を利用して演算される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記移動ウィンドウ演算値は、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の総計と、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の積分値と、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の平均値と、
予め設定された加重値が適用された前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の総計と、
のうちいずれか一つである、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記電力ケーブルは三相電力ケーブルであり、
前記相電流値を取得するステップは、前記三相電力ケーブルに対するa,b及びc相の電流をそれぞれ取得するステップを含み、
前記電力ケーブルの異常有無を検出するステップは、前記三相電力ケーブルに含まれたa相ケーブル、b相ケーブル及びc相ケーブルそれぞれに対する異常有無を検出するステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記異常有無を検出するステップは、
前記取得された移動ウィンドウ演算値が予め設定された基準値以上のとき、前記電力ケーブルが正常状態であると判断するステップと、
前記取得された移動ウィンドウ演算値が予め設定された基準値より小さいとき、前記電力ケーブルが異常状態であると判断するステップと、を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記インバータシステムの現在状態が予め設定された事前条件を満足するか否かを判断するステップを更に含み、
前記異常有無の検出は、前記インバータシステムの現在状態が予め設定された事前条件を満足する場合に行われ、
前記事前条件は、
相電流の周期が特定値以下である条件と、
インバータがPWM制御を行うギア状態に応じて動作する条件と、
トルク、速度及び電流のうち少なくとも一つを含む指令が特定値以上である条件と、
のうちいずれか一つを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記移動ウィンドウ演算値を取得すると前記移動ウィンドウの位置を一定間隔右側に移動させ、前記移動された移動ウィンドウに対して移動ウィンドウ演算値を再取得するステップを更に含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- バッテリを介して供給される直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータと、
前記インバータに接続されて前記インバータを介して変換された交流電力をモータに供給する電力ケーブルと、
一定周期ごとに前記モータに供給される交流電力に対する相電流値の絶対値を取得し、前記一定周期ごとに取得された絶対値のうち一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値を利用して移動ウィンドウ演算値を取得し、前記取得した移動ウィンドウ演算値を利用して前記電力ケーブルの状態を検出する制御部と、
を備えるインバータシステム。 - 前記移動ウィンドウ演算値は、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の総計と、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の積分値と、
前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の平均値と、
予め設定された加重値が適用された前記一定サイズの移動ウィンドウ内に含まれた絶対値の総計と、
のうちいずれか一つである、請求項8に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記電力ケーブルは三相電力ケーブルであり、
前記相電流値は前記三相電力ケーブルに対するa,b及びc相の電流をそれぞれ含み、
前記制御部は、前記三相電力ケーブルに含まれたa相ケーブル、b相ケーブル及びc相ケーブルそれぞれに対する異常有無を検出する、請求項8又は請求項9に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記取得された移動ウィンドウ演算値が予め設定された基準値以上のとき、前記電力ケーブルが正常状態であると判断し、
前記取得された移動ウィンドウ演算値が予め設定された基準値より小さいとき、前記電力ケーブルが異常状態であると判断する、請求項8乃至請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記制御部は、
相電流の周期が特定値以下である条件と、
インバータがPWM制御を行うギア状態に応じて動作する条件と、
トルク、速度及び電流のうち少なくとも一つを含む指令が特定値以上である条件と、
のうちいずれか一つの条件を満足するとき、前記電力ケーブルの異常有無を検出する、請求項8乃至請求項11のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記制御部は、前記移動ウィンドウ演算値を取得すると前記移動ウィンドウの位置を一定間隔右側に移動させ、前記移動された移動ウィンドウに対して移動ウィンドウ演算値を再取得する、請求項8乃至請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータシステム。
