  FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating an example of an approval result display screen displayed on the information terminal of the approval requester. An approval result display screen 171 shown in FIG. 17 is an example in which the approval result of the mail whose approval result is rejected in the approval result list screen 161 of FIG. 16 is displayed.

  In the approval result display screen 171 of the present embodiment, the mail address, subject, and content of the mail text selected on the approval result list screen 161 are displayed. In the approval result display screen 171 of this embodiment, for example, the content of the comment input by the approver in the comment field 145 of the approval work screen 141 is displayed in the approver comment field 172.

  Further, on the approval result display screen 171 of this embodiment, an operation button 173 for requesting an approval request again after the content of the mail is corrected is displayed. When the operation button 173 is operated on the approval result display screen 171, the content of the mail input from the approval result display screen 171 is stored in the approval database 240 of the user DD together with the request for approval.

  As described above, in this embodiment, when a post having a different rank is included in the destination of an email created in the information terminal 300A used by the approval requester, the approver uses the highest postal name included in the destination. The information is displayed on the information terminal 300B. Therefore, in this embodiment, even when the number of addresses included in the destination is large, it is possible to easily identify the person at the highest position included in the destination, and to reduce the load of the mail approval work by the approver.
