Abstract

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つのバルブ、少なくとも1つの抽気システムセンサを含む抽気システムに動作可能に連結されたエンジンを有する航空機における抽気システムの故障を診断する方法であって、
センサ出力を定義するために前記抽気システムセンサの前記少なくとも1つからセンサ信号を受信するステップと、
前記センサ出力を前記センサ出力に対する参照値と比較するステップと、
前記比較に基づいて前記抽気システムにおける故障を診断するステップと、
前記診断した故障の指示を提供するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記センサ出力は飛行当たり1回受信される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記指示を提供するステップは、前記航空機のコックピット内のPFD上に指示を提供することを含む請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を受信するステップは、温度センサから温度センサ出力を受信することをさらに含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を受信するステップは、前記エンジンのファン速度を示すファン速度出力を受信することをさらに含む請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記故障は、複数の比較に基づいて診断される請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記複数の比較は、履歴データに対する増大する前置冷却器出力温度傾向、および、前置冷却器出力温度とファン速度の関係のシフトを示す請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記故障は前置冷却器制御バルブを使用して診断される請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記センサ信号を受信するステップは、前記抽気システムの空気圧を示す圧力センサ出力を受信することをさらに含む請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記参照値は、前記航空機の他のエンジンから算出した圧力である請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記比較は、空気圧スプリットを示す請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記故障は、前置冷却器制御バルブを使用して診断される請求項11記載の方法。
- 圧力調整遮断バルブまたは抽気調整器に伴う故障は、圧力変動が決定されたとき診断される請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高段階調整器または高段階バルブに伴う故障は、低圧が決定されたとき診断される請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記高段階調整器または高段階バルブに伴う前記故障は、ファン速度が低いと決定されたとき診断される請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記センサ出力は、前記航空機の飛行の複数の段階からのものである請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記飛行の複数の段階は、離陸、下降、および、巡航を含む請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記故障は、前記比較が所定数の飛行にわたって所定回数だけ前記参照値を超えたとき診断される請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記航空機のコントローラは前記センサ信号を受信し、前記センサ出力を比較し、前記故障を診断し、かつ、前記指示を提供する請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コントローラはアルゴリズムを利用して前記故障を診断する請求項19記載の方法。
