Abstract
【解決手段】導管2が合成樹脂から成り、導管2の導管端部6が、導管コネクタ1の周囲にわたり取囲む収容スロット7内に差込まれ、収容スロット7の一つあるいは複数の壁部8,9の少なくとも一部が、合成樹脂から成り、収容スロット7に接して、あるいは収容スロット7内に、少なくとも一つの伝導要素10が配置され、伝導要素10が電磁誘導により加熱され、そしてこの加熱の結果として、導管端部6の少なくとも合成樹脂領域が溶け、導管端部6が、収容スロット7の一つあるいは複数の壁部8,9と溶接されることにより接続される。

Description
前記導管が合成樹脂から、あるいは実質的に合成樹脂から成ること、
導管の導管端部が、前記導管コネクタの周囲にわたり取囲む、導管コネクタの収容スロット内に差込まれること、
好ましくは前記収容スロットの一つあるいは複数の壁部の少なくとも一部が、合成樹脂から成ること、
収容スロットに接してあるいは収容スロット内に、少なくとも一つの伝導要素が配置されていること、
前記伝導要素が電磁誘導により加熱されること、そして
この加熱の結果として、導管端部の少なくとも合成樹脂領域が溶け、従って導管端部が、収容スロットの一つあるいは複数の壁部と溶接されることを特徴とする装置を示す。伝導要素は電気伝導体であるのが特に好ましい。例えば伝導要素は金属要素あるいはほぼ電気的に伝導性の合成樹脂から成る導体要素である。
電磁交番磁界を用いて行われ、この電磁交番磁界は電波により実行されるのが効果的である。
加熱の結果として、導管端部6の合成樹脂領域は導管端部6の端面が溶ける。好ましくはそして実施例において、収容スロット7の壁部8,9の合成樹脂領域も溶ける。これにより導管端部は導管コネクタ1の収容スロット7の壁部8,9と溶接される。本発明によれば、誘導溶接も行われ、これにより導管12の導管端部6は、導管コネクタ1の収容スロット7の壁部8,9により材料を溶かして接続されるか、あるいは溶接される。図2は導管コネクタ1と導管2から成るユニットの溶接された状態を示す。

Claims (12)
- 液体を案内する原動機付き車両用導管(2)と導管コネクタ(1)を接続するための方法であって、
前記導管(2)が合成樹脂から、あるいは実質的に合成樹脂から成ること、
導管(2)の導管端部(6)が、前記導管コネクタ(1)の周囲にわたり取囲む、導管コネクタ(1)の収容スロット(7)内に差込まれること、
好ましくは前記収容スロット(7)の一つあるいは複数の壁部(8,9)の少なくとも一部が、合成樹脂から成ること、
収容スロット(7)に接してあるいは収容スロット(7)内に、少なくとも一つの伝導要素(10)が配置されていること、
前記伝導要素(10)が電磁誘導により加熱されること、そして
この加熱の結果として、導管端部の少なくとも合成樹脂領域が溶け、従って導管端部(6)が、収容スロット(7)の一つあるいは複数の壁部(8,9)と溶接されることを特徴とする方法。 - 原動機付き車両用導管(2)が、多層の導管(2)として構成されており、導管(2)の外側層(3)および/または内側層(5)が合成樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 導管(2)の外側層(3)が“ポリアミド、ポリフェニルサルファイド、ポリフタルアミド”のグループから成る少なくとも一つのポリマーから成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 導管(2)の内側層(5)が、“ポリアミド、フッ素ポリマー、ポリフェニルサルファイド、ポリブチレンナフタレートから成るグループ少なくとも一つのポリマーから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管コネクタ(1)の収容スロット(7)の壁部(8,9)が、合成樹脂から、好ましくはポリアミドあるいはポリフタルアミドから成るか、あるいはほぼこれらから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管コネクタ(2)の横断面が円形に構成されており、収容スロット(7)が円筒形か、あるいは横断面が円形に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 伝導要素(10)が、導管コネクタ(1)あるいは収容スロット(7)の周囲を取囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管端部(6)が収容スロット(7)内に差込まれた状態で導管端部の端面でもって少なくとも一つの金属要素(10)に当接するという条件付きで、少なくとも一つの伝導要素が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管端部(6)が、少なくともその端面において、少なくとも外側層(3)および/または内側層(5)で溶解され、従って導管端部(6)が収容スロット(7)の一つの壁部あるいは複数の壁部(8,9)と溶接されることを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管コネクタ(1)の収容スロット(7)の内側壁部(8)および/または外側壁部(9)が、少なくとも領域毎に溶解され、従って導管端部(6)が収容スロット(7)の一つあるいは複数の壁部(8,9)と溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 導管端部(6)が、押込み嵌合でかつ特に遊びなく収容スロット(7)内に差込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 収容スロット(7)の長さが、導管コネクタの長さの少なくとも25%、好ましくは少なくとも20%に達することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
