Description

In this invention, a wrapping sheet is wound around a rectangular parallelepiped product to form a product in which the wrapping sheet projects in a rectangular tube shape from both ends of the product to form an ear part, and the ear part of the wrapping sheet is folded. It is related with the packaging apparatus which forms an overwrapping packaging form.

An example of this type of packaging device is disclosed in Patent Document 1. In the packaging device disclosed in the literature 1, the movable folding tacker (46) folds the front vertical ear (upstream side surface of the ear portion) with respect to a semi-packaged product obtained by winding a rectangular parallelepiped product with a packaging material, Next, the center portion of the rear vertical ear (the downstream side surface of the ear portion) of the semi-packaged product is folded by the delivery tacker (48), and the rear vertical ear is subsequently folded by the fixed folding tacker (54). . Furthermore, folding plates (56, 58) for folding the upper and lower side flaps (upper and lower surfaces of the ear portion) of the transferred semi-wrapped product are provided at the downstream position.
In addition, the code | symbol shown in the parenthesis in the above-mentioned description is a code | symbol attached | subjected to patent document 1. FIG.

In the packaging device of Patent Document 1 described above, the ears of the semi-wrapped product are each a movable folding tacker (46), a delivery tacker (48), a fixed folding tacker (54), and two folding plates (56, 58). Folding is performed using the components, but at least the fixed folding tacker (54) of these components is prepared according to the dimensions of the product to be packaged. It was necessary to replace the fixed folding tacker (54) according to the product. This replacement work is unexpectedly complicated and causes a reduction in the operating efficiency of the apparatus.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, the fixed folding tacker (54) is attached to the rear longitudinal ear that has already been folded in the process of folding the upper and lower side flaps (upper and lower surfaces of the ear part) of the semi-packaged product. Although it is in contact and holding its folded state, its contact position is biased upward, and a slight gap is created between the lower longitudinal ear and the folding plate (56). When the lower side flap of the semi-wrapped product is folded in the state, the folding pressure at that time is transmitted to the lower area of the rear longitudinal ear that is already folded, and the lower area is displaced or wrinkled. There was a possibility that the quality of the packaging would deteriorate.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2007-238170

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances. The first object is to provide an apparatus.
In addition, a second object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can fold the ears of the packaging sheet beautifully.

In order to achieve the first object, the present invention wraps a packaging sheet around a rectangular parallelepiped product and wraps and wraps the ears of the packaging sheet protruding outward from both ends of the product. A packaging device forming a form,
A conveying means for conveying the product on which the packaging sheet is wound along a predetermined conveying path;
Moves from the upstream side of the transport path to the product supplied to the transport path, hits the intermediate part of the upstream side surface of the ear of the packaging sheet, and points the intermediate part of the upstream side surface toward the end surface of the product A side-folding folding guide for folding the ears,
Placed along the transport path, abuts against the intermediate portion of the downstream side surface of the ear portion of the packaging sheet, folds the intermediate portion of the downstream side surface toward the end surface of the product, and the ear of the packaging sheet folded first And overlapping the intermediate portion of the upstream side surface in the portion, and the ear side surface fixed folding guide that guides the folded portion while being pressed against the end surface side of the product,
An upper surface support guide for supporting both ends of the upper surface of the product moving on the conveyance path;
A plate-like ear upper surface folding guide that is arranged along the transport path and folds the upper surface of the packaging sheet toward the end surface of the product;
A plate-like ear lower surface folding guide that is arranged along the transport path and folds the lower surface of the packaging sheet toward the end surface of the product,
Ear part side fixed folding guide, upper surface support guide, ear part upper surface folding guide and ear part lower surface folding guide are adjustable in the position in the width direction of the transport path,
Further, the ear part side fixed folding guide is a plate-like first ear part side fixed folding guide that folds the middle upper position of the downstream side surface in the ear part of the packaging sheet, and the middle lower position of the downstream side surface in the ear part of the packaging sheet. A plate-like second ear side fixed folding guide, and each of these ear side fixed folding guides is a product whose part on the downstream side moves on the transport path, an ear upper surface folding guide, and an ear lower surface It is characterized in that it is arranged so as to enter the middle of the folding guide, and the vertical interval is adjustable.

As described above, the packaging device according to the present invention includes a product that moves on the conveyance path and a part that is on the downstream side of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide and the second ear side surface fixed folding guide, and the ear top surface folding guide. In addition, it is arranged so as to enter the middle between the ear part bottom surface folding guide and the ear part top surface folding guide and the ear part bottom surface folding guide without moving the one or both of the ear side surface fixed folding guides and moving in the vertical direction. The mutual interval can be adjusted.
Therefore, when changing the target product, adjust the placement position of the ear side fixed folding guide, the ear upper surface folding guide and the ear lower surface folding guide in the conveyance path width direction according to the dimensions of the product, and By changing the vertical distance between the first ear side fixed fold guide and the second ear side fixed fold guide constituting the fixed fold guide, the changed product without changing those guides. It can correspond to. This eliminates the need for complicated parts replacement work and improves the operating efficiency of the apparatus.

Here, the first ear part side surface fixed folding guide folds the middle upper position of the downstream side surface in the ear part of the packaging sheet, and in the process where the product moves on the conveyance path and the upper part of the ear part of the packaging sheet is folded. The folded state is maintained while being in contact with the middle upper position of the folded ear side surface,
The second ear portion side surface fixed folding guide is folded in the process of folding the middle lower position of the downstream side surface in the ear portion of the packaging sheet and the product moving on the conveyance path and folding the lower surface of the ear portion of the packaging sheet. It is preferable that the folded state is maintained while being in contact with the middle lower position on the side surface of the ear.

By configuring in this way, each ear side surface fixed folding guide folds the downstream side surface of the ear part in the packaging sheet, and then keeps the folded state by contacting the folded end part. When the guide and the ear lower surface folding guide fold the upper and lower surfaces of the ear of the product, there is no possibility that the folding pressure is transmitted to the already folded area on the side of the ear. Therefore, the above-mentioned second object of the present invention can be achieved by beautifully folding the ear part of the product without causing a shift or wrinkle in the already folded region on the side surface of the ear part.
If the product has a shape that is larger in height than the width of the end faces on both sides, and a large number of booklets and paper products are laminated, it is unstable and easily loses its shape. Although it is easy, according to the present invention, it is possible to fold the ear of the product beautifully without causing misalignment or wrinkle in the already folded area of the side of the ear even if the product has such a shape and size. It is.

The ear upper surface folding guide abuts the downstream edge of the upper surface of the packaging sheet around which the product moving on the conveying path is wound, and the abutting portion of the product is conveyed along with the conveyance of the product. By gradually moving downward, a configuration having a downward slope edge that folds the upper surface of the ear can be obtained.
The ear part lower surface folding guide abuts on the downstream edge of the lower surface of the packaging sheet around which the product moving on the conveyance path is wound, and comes into contact with conveyance of the product. By gradually moving the portion upward, it is possible to have an upward slope edge that folds the lower surface of the ear.

By comprising in this way, the upper surface of the ear | edge part of a packaging sheet contact | abuts to the downward gradient edge part of an ear | edge part upper surface folding guide, and is gradually folded as it advances a conveyance path | route downstream. Similarly, the lower surface of the ear portion of the packaging sheet comes into contact with the upward slope edge portion of the ear portion lower surface folding guide, and is gradually folded as it advances in the transport path in the downstream direction.

Further, the ear upper surface folding guide is formed by thinly forming a back surface region facing a part of the first ear side fixed folding guide that enters the middle of the product moving on the conveyance path, and the first ear It is preferable to adopt a configuration that does not interfere with a part of the partial side surface fixed folding guide.
Similarly, the ear lower surface folding guide is formed by thinly forming a rear surface region facing a part of the second ear side fixed folding guide that enters the middle of the product moving on the conveyance path, and the second It is preferable to adopt a configuration that does not interfere with a part of the ear side surface fixed folding guide.
In this manner, by forming the thin region in the ear upper surface folding guide and the ear lower surface folding guide, it is possible to easily insert each ear side surface fixed folding guide.

In addition, the first ear side surface fixed folding guide expands the folded and overlapped areas on both side surfaces of the ear part of the packaging sheet as the product is conveyed, and has a triangular shape with a pointed tip on the upper surface of the ear part of the packaging sheet. With an upward slope edge to be formed
As the product is transported, the second ear side fixed fold-in guide expands the folded and overlapped area on both sides of the ear of the packaging sheet downward, and forms the lower surface of the ear of the packaging sheet in a triangular shape with a sharp tip. It is preferable to have a configuration having a downward slope edge.

As the product is transported, the upper boundary edge of the folded and overlapped region on both side surfaces of the wrapping sheet and the unfolded region is the upward slope edge of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide (with respect to the transport path). Is inclined upward) and pushed upward. Similarly, the lower boundary edge of the folded and overlapped region and the unfolded region on both side surfaces of the wrapping sheet is inclined downwardly with respect to the second ear side fixed folding guide (downward with respect to the conveyance path). It is pushed down and abuts.
The upper and lower surfaces of the ear portion of the packaging sheet are deformed into a trapezoid when both side surfaces are folded. And as the folded and overlapped parts on both sides of the ear part are pushed and expanded in the vertical direction, one side of the tip part of the ear part is gradually narrowed, and Become.

The upward slope edge of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide and the downward slope edge of the second ear side surface fixed folding guide are points where the upper and lower surfaces of the ear portion are formed in a triangular shape with a sharp tip. The downstream end is extended in parallel with the transport path.

Thereafter, when the ear upper surface folding guide is folded toward the end surface of the product, the ear upper surface formed in a triangular shape with a sharp tip, the tip of the ear upper surface is folded into a trapezoidal shape. . Similarly, when the ear lower surface folding guide is folded toward the end surface of the product, the ear lower surface formed in a triangular shape with a sharp tip, the tip of the ear lower surface is folded with a slightly open tip shape. .

In this way, by folding the upper and lower surfaces of the ear portion from a triangular shape with a sharp tip, the opening width of the tip portion of the upper and lower surface of the ear portion can be reduced. A band-like adhesive tape is attached to the upper and lower end portions of the ear part into which the packaging sheet is folded, thereby completing an overwrapping form in which the entire surface of the product is wrapped with the packaging sheet. Here, by suppressing the opening width of the tip of the top and bottom of the ear part to be small, it can be secured with a narrow adhesive tape without protruding the tip part of the top and bottom of the ear, so that the adhesive tape is not noticeable. It is possible to form a simple packaging form and save an adhesive tape to realize economical product packaging.

The present invention can also be configured as follows. That is, a sealing device is provided for attaching an adhesive tape from the upper end to the lower end of the ear of the packaging sheet that is folded into the end face of the product. This sealing device has a support plate that holds the folded state of the wrapping paper sheet that is folded into the end face of the product, and further, a transparent member that exposes the adhesive tape application region of the packaging sheet at the center of the support plate. A window is formed.

By comprising in this way, an adhesive tape can be affixed on the front-end | tip part of an ear | edge part through a permeation | transmission window, hold | maintaining the folding state of the ear | edge part of a packaging sheet with a support plate. Therefore, the adhesive tape can be stably applied without the positional shift of the tip portions of the upper and lower surfaces of the ear part to which the adhesive tape is applied.

Furthermore, this invention can also be comprised as follows. That is, the conveyance path, the conveyance means, the ear part side surface movement folding guide, the ear part side surface fixed folding guide, the ear part upper surface folding guide, and the ear part lower surface folding guide are incorporated inside the frame constituting the apparatus main body. The body winding means for winding the packaging sheet around the product is incorporated in a state in which a part protrudes upward from the apparatus main body.
The body winding means lowers the rectangular parallelepiped product supplied and arranged at a predetermined packaging start position together with the packaging sheet supplied immediately below the packaging start position, and the packaging sheet is moved to the bottom surface of the product during the lowering operation. Folding is performed on both front and rear side surfaces, and then a packaging sheet is folded on the upper surface of the product.
In the packaging device having such a configuration, a tape sticking and supplying means for attaching and feeding an adhesive tape to one end edge of the packaging sheet before being wound around the product is installed outside the frame constituting the device main body. To do.

By adopting a configuration in which an adhesive tape is applied in advance to one edge of the packaging sheet before being wound around the product, it is no longer necessary to incorporate a mechanism for supplying and attaching the adhesive tape inside the device body in a limited space. The degree of freedom in design is increased, and the tape sticking and supplying means can be arranged outside the main body of the apparatus, so that adjustment work and maintenance of the means can be easily performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the target product is changed, it is not necessary to replace the component for folding the ear portion of the packaging sheet, and the operating efficiency of the apparatus can be improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The packaging apparatus according to the present invention winds a packaging sheet around a rectangular parallelepiped product and folds the ears of the packaging sheet projecting outward from both ends of the product to form an overwrapping form. As a rectangular parallelepiped product to be packaged, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape obtained by stacking a large number of papers and booklets such as pamphlets and catalogs is applied. Moreover, as a packaging sheet, the kraft paper which carried out strip | belt shape is suitable, for example.

FIG. 1 is a process diagram showing an outline of a packaging process by a packaging apparatus according to the present embodiment, FIGS. 2 and 3 are diagrams showing an overall structure of the packaging apparatus according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. It is a front view.
The rectangular parallelepiped product 1 is supplied, for example, manually from the product supply unit 11 (step S1), and conveyed to the packaging start position 12 (steps S2 and S3). Immediately below the packaging start position 12, a belt-shaped packaging sheet 2 is supplied from a packaging sheet supply device (not shown) (step S4). The supplied packaging sheet 2 is cut in accordance with the dimensional shape of the product 1 during the supply. In addition, since the packaging sheet supply apparatus is already well-known, the detailed structure description is abbreviate | omitted.

The adhesive tape 3 is attached to the leading edge of the packaging sheet 2 that is supplied and arranged so as to cross directly below the packaging start position 12 by a tape application / supply device 20 (tape application / supply means) described later (step S5).

The product 1 arranged at the packaging start position 12 is conveyed downward by the elevator 31. In the process of this lowering operation, the packaging sheet 2 arranged immediately below the packaging start position 12 is wound around the lower surface of the product 1 and both the front and rear side surfaces (step S6). At this time, the front and rear end edges 2 a and 2 b of the packaging sheet 2 extend upward from the upper surface of the product 1. This upwardly extending portion of the packaging sheet 2 is folded into the upper surface of the product 1 in a subsequent process and is fastened by the adhesive tape 3. Moreover, the ear | edge part 2c of the packaging sheet 2 has protruded from the outer side rather than the end surface of the right-and-left both sides of the product 1. FIG. This ear | edge part 2c is folded in the end surface in the right-and-left both sides of the product 1 so that it may mention later.

Next, the product 1 in which the packaging sheet 2 is wound around the lower surface and the front and rear side surfaces is pushed out by the pusher 32 (see FIG. 3) and moves on the conveyance path X. In the process of being pushed out and moved by the pusher 32, the front and rear end edges of the packaging sheet 2 are folded into the upper surface of the product 1, and the side surface (upstream side) located on the upstream side of the conveyance path X in the ear portion 2c of the packaging sheet 2 The side surface 2c-1) and the side surface (downstream side surface 2c-2) located on the downstream side are folded toward the end surfaces on the left and right sides of the product 1 (steps S7 to S10).

The product 1 is transferred on the way from the pusher 32 to the belt conveyor 33 (see FIG. 3) and moves on the transport path X. And the product 1 is folded in the process of moving the conveyance path | route X toward the end surface which has the ear | edge part upper surface 2c-3 and the ear | edge part lower surface 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 in the right and left both sides (process S11, S12).
Here, the pusher 32 and the belt conveyor 33 constitute a transport unit that moves the product 1 along the transport path X. The belt conveyor 33 has a pair of upper and lower drive belts, and the pair of drive belts supports and conveys the top and bottom surfaces of the product to prevent the product from falling during the conveyance. .

After folding the ear 2c of the packaging sheet 2, the adhesive tape 4 is applied from the tip of the ear upper surface 2c-3 to the tip of the ear lower surface 2c-4, and the ear 2c is fastened (step S13). . An overwrapping form in which the entire surface of the product 1 is wrapped with the packaging sheet 2 is completed through the above steps.

Next, the structure of the packaging device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
Here, FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of the tape applying and supplying apparatus, and FIG. 5 is an ear part side movement folding guide, an ear part side fixed folding guide, an ear part upper side folding guide, an ear part lower side folding guide, and a support plate for the sealing device FIG.
In the packaging apparatus according to the present embodiment, the conveyance path X is set in advance in the longitudinal direction of the apparatus inside the frame body 10 constituting the apparatus main body. And along this conveyance path X, the ear part side surface movement folding guide 40, the ear part side surface fixed folding guide 50, the upper surface support guide 60, the ear part upper surface folding guide 70, the ear part lower surface folding guide 80, and a sealing device (not shown). ) Are incorporated (see FIG. 5).

Further, the apparatus main body incorporates a body winding device 30 (body winding means) in a state in which a part protrudes upward from the frame body 10, and further, the frame body 10 is arranged side by side with the components protruding upward of the body winding device 30. A tape sticking / feeding device 20 is incorporated on the upper surface.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the tape sticking / feeding device 20 supports the leading edge of the packaging sheet 2 drawn in the vertical direction by the sheet guide guide 21 with a sheet support plate 22. As shown in FIG. 2B, the adhesive tape 3 wound around the reel 23 is pulled out to the tape supply position 25 by the tape drawing mechanism 24, and the adhesive tape 3 is cut into a predetermined length by the tape cutter 26. To do. The adhesive tape 3 arranged at the tape supply position 25 is transferred toward the leading edge of the packaging sheet 2 supported by the sheet support plate 22 by the tape transfer arm 27 and is attached to the leading edge of the packaging sheet 2. It has become.
Among these, each component of the tape drawing mechanism 24, the tape cutter 26, and the tape transfer arm 27 corresponds to the position where the leading edge of the packaging sheet 2 is disposed, and the installation position thereof is along the surface of the sheet support plate 22. The vertical movement is adjustable.

Since the packaging device of this embodiment is configured to affix the adhesive tape 3 to the one end edge of the packaging sheet 2 before being wound around the product 1 by the tape application / supply device 20, the inside of the device main body in a limited space. It is no longer necessary to incorporate a mechanism for supplying and sticking the adhesive tape 3 to the sheet, and the degree of freedom in design is high. Moreover, since the tape sticking / supplying device 20 is installed outside the frame constituting the device main body, the adjustment work and maintenance of the device can be easily performed.
It should be noted that all the components such as the frame body 10 constituting the apparatus main body and the tape attaching / feeding apparatus 20 incorporated outside thereof are covered with a case (not shown) to form the appearance of the apparatus.

In addition to the elevator 31 and pusher 32 described above, the trunk winding device 30 includes an upstream upper surface folding plate 34 attached to the pusher 32 and a downstream upper surface folding installed above the conveying path X, as shown in FIG. It includes a plate 35.
The body winding device 30 lowers the product 1 supplied and arranged at the packaging start position 12 together with the packaging sheet 2 supplied immediately below by the elevator 31, and the packaging sheet 2 is moved to the bottom surface of the product 1 in the process of the lowering operation. Fold it back and forth on both sides. Further, the upstream upper side folding plate 34 and the downstream upper side folding plate 35 cooperate to push the packaging sheet 2 on the upper surface of the product 1 in accordance with the pushing operation by the pusher 32.

As shown in FIG. 5, the ear portion side surface movement folding guide 40 is provided to protrude forward from two upper and lower portions on both sides of the pusher 32. This ear side surface movement folding guide 40 moves from the upstream side of the conveyance path X with respect to the product 1 supplied to the conveyance path X, and is intermediate in the upstream side surface 2c-1 of the ear part 2c of the packaging sheet 2. The upstream side surface 2c-1 of the ear portion 2c is folded toward the end surface of the product 1 (see step S7 in FIG. 1).

The ear part side surface fixed folding guide 50 is a first ear part side surface fixed folding guide 51 that folds the middle upper position of the downstream side surface 2c-2 in the ear part 2c of the packaging sheet 2, and the downstream side in the ear part 2c of the packaging sheet 2. A second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52 for folding the middle lower position of the side surface 2c-2.
Each of these ear portion side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 is made of a plate-like member, and is disposed on both sides of the conveyance path X as shown in FIG. These ear side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 are in contact with the intermediate part of the downstream side surface 2c-2 of the ear part 2c of the packaging sheet 2, and the downstream side surface 2c-2 of the ear part 2c is brought into contact with the product 1. It folds toward the end surface and overlaps the upstream side surface 2c-1 of the ear portion 2c that has been folded first (see step S9 in FIG. 1).
Furthermore, each ear | edge part side fixed folding guide 51,52 is extended in the downstream direction along the conveyance path | route X, and the folding part of the ear | edge part 2c of the packaging sheet 2 is pressed on the end surface side of the product 1, and a folding state is carried out. It has a function to guide while holding.

The upper surface support guide 60 is disposed above the transport path X and supports both ends of the upper surface of the product 1 moving on the transport path X.

The ear upper surface folding guide 70 and the ear lower surface folding guide 80 are made of plate-like members, and as shown in FIG. 5, at both positions along the transport path X at positions downstream of the ear side surface fixed folding guide 50. Is arranged. The ear upper surface folding guide 70 folds the ear upper surface 2c-3 of the packaging sheet 2 toward the end surface of the product 1 (see step S11 in FIG. 1). The ear lower surface folding guide 80 folds the ear lower surface 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 toward the end surface of the product 1 (see step S12 in FIG. 1).

Each of the ear side fixed fixing guides 51 and 52, the upper surface support guide 60, the ear upper surface folding guide 70, and the ear lower surface folding guide 80 described above can be adjusted in accordance with the dimensions of the product 1 in the width direction position of the conveyance path X. It has become. The movement adjusting mechanism is not shown in the drawing, but each guide disposed on one side of the transport path X is supported by the same support frame and disposed on the other side of the transport path X. Each guide is also supported by the same support frame, and by moving these support frames in the width direction of the transport path X, the width direction position of each guide can be adjusted collectively.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, each of the ear part side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 includes a product 1 whose part on the downstream side moves on the transport path X, an ear upper surface folding guide 70, and an ear lower surface folding guide 80. It is placed in the middle.
Here, the ear upper surface folding guide 70 is formed with a thin rear surface region 71 facing a part of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 that enters the middle of the product 1 moving on the conveyance path X. It is. Similarly, the ear lower surface folding guide 80 is formed with a thin back surface region 81 facing a part of the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52 that enters the middle of the product 1 moving on the transport path X. It is. By forming in such a thin wall, interference with each ear side surface fixed folding guide 51, 52 is avoided, and each ear side surface fixed folding guide 51, 52 is allowed to enter inside facing the product 1 without difficulty. be able to.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, each of the ear part side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 is configured to be able to freely adjust the vertical distance D in accordance with the dimensions of the product 1. Therefore, when the target product 1 is changed, it is possible to cope with the changed product 1 without exchanging those guides by adjusting the vertical distance between the respective ear side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52. it can. This eliminates the need for complicated parts replacement work and improves the operating efficiency of the apparatus.
In addition, the mutual space | interval adjustment mechanism of each ear | edge part side fixed folding guides 51 and 52 can be set as the structure adjusted by moving both the ear | edge part side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 up and down, and each ear | edge. Only one of the partial side fixed folding guides 51 and 52 can be adjusted by moving in the vertical direction.

Next, referring to FIGS. 5 and 7 to 13, the upstream upper surface folding plate 34, the downstream upper surface folding plate 35, the ear side surface moving folding guide 40, each ear side surface fixed folding guide 51, 52, the upper surface More detailed configurations and operations of the support guide 60, the ear upper surface folding guide 70, and the ear lower surface folding guide 80 will be described.

As described above, the ear side surface movement folding guide 40 and the upstream upper surface folding plate 34 are attached to the pusher 32, and the downstream upper surface folding plate 35 is installed above the transport path X ( (See FIG. 5). Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the pusher 32 moves from the upstream side with respect to the product 1 supplied on the transport path X, and pushes the product 1 in the downstream direction. At this time, the upstream side upper folding plate 34 attached to the pusher 32 extends upward from the upper surface of the product 1 of the packaging sheet 2 (the extended portion on the front end edge 2a side). Fold it in. Moreover, the ear | edge part side surface movement folding guide 40 attached to the pusher 32 hits up and down two places of the intermediate part in the upstream side surface 2c-1 of the ear | edge part 2c of the packaging sheet 2 (refer Fig.7 (a)), the said The upstream side surface 2 c-1 of the ear portion 2 c is folded toward the end surface of the product 1. By this operation, the packaging sheet 2 is folded into a form as shown in step S7 of FIG.

Next, when the product 1 is pushed out by the pusher 32, as shown in FIG. 8, the downstream upper surface folding plate 35 provided above the conveyance path X moves upward from the upper surface of the product 1 of the packaging sheet 2. The extending portion (the extending portion on the rear end edge 2 b side) is folded into the upper surface of the product 1. By this operation, the packaging sheet 2 is folded into a form as shown in step S8 of FIG.
Immediately after this, the downstream upper surface folding plate 35 is retracted from above the conveyance path X, and interference with the pusher 32 and the upstream upper surface folding plate 34 is avoided.

Further, when the product 1 is pushed out by the pusher 32, as shown in FIG. 9, each of the ear side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 is an intermediate portion on the downstream side surface 2c-2 of the ear portion 2c of the packaging sheet 2. The downstream side surface 2c-2 of the ear portion 2c is folded toward the end surface of the product 1. By this operation, the packaging sheet 2 is folded into a form as shown in step S9 of FIG.
Here, as shown in FIG. 9, each of the ear part side surface fixed folding guides 51 and 52 is closer to the center part of the product 1 than the ear part side surface moving folding guide 40 located at two upper and lower positions, and downstream of the ear part 2c. Abutting on the side surface 2c-2, the downstream side surface 2c-2 of the ear portion 2c is folded.

Thereafter, the product 1 is transferred from the pusher 32 to the belt conveyor 33 and moves on the transport path X. In the moving process, the first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 extends in the downstream direction of the transport path X so as to maintain the folded state while being in contact with the side middle upper position of the folded ear portion 2c. Yes. Similarly, in the moving process, the second ear portion side surface fixed folding guide 52 is in the downstream direction of the transport path X so as to maintain the folded state while being in contact with the side middle lower position of the folded ear portion 2c. It extends to.

Further, the first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 is formed with an upward slope edge 51a inclined upward with respect to the transport path X at an intermediate portion extending in the downstream direction. On the other hand, in the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52, a downward slope edge portion 52a inclined downward with respect to the feeding path is formed at an intermediate portion extending in the downstream direction.
As the product 1 moves, as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) to 10 (b), the upper boundary end P1 between the folded and overlapped regions on both side surfaces of the ear portion 2c of the packaging sheet 2 and the region that is not yet folded is obtained. The first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 is in contact with the upward slope edge 51a and is pushed upward. Similarly, the lower boundary end P2 of the region where the ear side surfaces 2c-1 and 2c-2 of the packaging sheet 2 are folded and overlapped and the region where it is not yet folded is the downward slope of the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52. It abuts on the edge 52a and expands downward.
10 (a) and 10 (b), for convenience of explanation, the upward slope edge 51a of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 and the downward slope edge 52a of the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52 are It is drawn at the same position in the transport direction.

The ear part upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 are deformed into a trapezoidal shape when both side surfaces 2c-1 and 2c-2 are folded. As the folded and overlapped portions of the ear side surfaces 2c-1 and 2c-2 are pushed up and down in the vertical direction, one side of the tip of the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 is gradually widened. As shown in FIG. 11 (b), it becomes narrower and has a triangular shape with a sharp tip. By this operation, the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 are formed in a triangular shape as shown in step S10 of FIG.

The upward slope edge portion 51a of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide 51 and the downward slope edge portion 52a of the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52 thus have the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 at their tips. A point formed in the shape of a pointed triangle is terminated, and its downstream side extends in parallel with the transport path X.

The ear upper surface folding guide 70 is formed with a downward slope edge 70a inclined downward with respect to the feeding path. On the other hand, the ear lower surface folding guide 80 is formed with an upward slope edge 80a inclined upward with respect to the feeding path.
The ear upper surface 2c-3 of the packaging sheet 2 wound around the product 1 is in contact with the downward slope edge 70a of the ear upper surface folding guide 70 as shown in FIG. It gradually folds in as it goes in the direction. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 12B, the ear lower surface 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 abuts on the upward slope edge 80a of the ear lower surface folding guide 80 and proceeds downstream in the transport path X. It is gradually folded as you go.
At this time, both end portions of the upper surface of the product 1 moving on the transport path X are supported by the upper surface support guide 60.

Here, the ear | edge part upper surface 2c-3 of the packaging sheet 2 at the time of contact | abutting to the downward inclination edge part 70a of the ear | edge part upper surface folding guide 70 is formed in the triangular shape with the pointed tip as mentioned above. Similarly, the ear lower surface 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 when contacting the upward slope edge 80a of the ear lower surface folding guide 80 is also formed in a triangular shape with a sharp tip.
Then, when the ear upper surface folding guide 70 folds the triangular ear upper surface 2c-3 having a sharp tip toward the end surface of the product 1, the ear upper surface 2c-3 has a trapezoidal shape with the tip slightly opened. Folded. Similarly, when the ear lower surface folding guide 80 folds the triangular ear lower surface 2c-4 having a sharp tip toward the end surface of the product 1, the ear lower surface 2c-4 has a trapezoidal shape with the tip slightly opened. It is folded. By this operation, the packaging sheet 2 also has the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 folded into a form as shown in steps S11 and S12 of FIG.

By folding the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 from a triangular shape with a sharp tip as described above, the opening width of the tip of the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 can be kept small. Can do. The ear | edge part 2c in which the packaging sheet 2 was folded is affixed by sticking the strip | belt-shaped adhesive tape 4 to the front-end | tip part of these upper-and-lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 so that it may mention later. At that time, by suppressing the opening width of the tip end portions of the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 to be small, the tip portions of the ear upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 are protruded by the narrow adhesive tape 4. Therefore, it is possible to form a beautiful packaging form in which the adhesive tape 4 is not conspicuous, and to save the adhesive tape 4 and realize an economical packaging of the product 1.

Moreover, when the ear | edge part upper surface folding guide 70 folds the ear | edge part upper surface 2c-3 of the packaging sheet 2, the 1st ear | edge part side surface fixed folding guide 51 is in the side surface middle upper part position of the ear | edge part 2c folded as mentioned above. The folded state is maintained while abutting. Similarly, when the ear lower surface folding guide 80 folds the ear lower surface 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2, the second ear side surface fixed folding guide 52 is, as described above, the side middle lower portion of the folded ear 2c. The folded state is maintained while being in contact with the position.
For this reason, the area | region where the folding pressure at the time of the ear | edge part upper surface folding guide 70 and the ear | edge lower surface folding guide 80 folding the ear | edge upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 of the product 1 was already folded in the side surface of the ear | edge part 2c There is no risk of being transmitted to. Therefore, the ear | edge part 2c of the product 1 can be folded beautifully, without producing a shift | offset | difference and a wrinkle in the area | region already folded in the side surface of the ear | edge part 2c.

As shown in FIG. 13, a support plate 91 of the sealing device is disposed downstream of the ear upper surface folding guide 70 and the ear lower surface folding guide 80. The sealing device has a function of affixing the adhesive tape 4 from the upper surface tip portion to the lower surface tip portion of the ear portion 2c of the packaging sheet 2 folded into the end surface of the product 1.
A transmission window 91 a that exposes the adhesive tape application region of the packaging sheet 2 is formed at the center of the support plate 91.

The support plate 91 maintains the folded state of the ear portion 2c of the packaging sheet 2 following the ear portion upper surface folding guide 70 and the ear portion lower surface folding guide 80. And the adhesive tape 4 is affixed on the front-end | tip part of the ear | edge part upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 exposed from the permeation | transmission window 91a with the tape affixing mechanism which is not shown in figure. Thus, since the folding state of the ear | edge part 2c of the packaging sheet 2 is hold | maintained by the support plate 91, it is located in the front-end | tip part of the ear | edge part upper and lower surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 used as the adhesion target of the adhesive tape 4 It becomes possible to affix the adhesive tape 4 stably without causing any deviation. By this operation, the leading end portions of the upper and lower ear surfaces 2c-3 and 2c-4 of the packaging sheet 2 are fixed by the adhesive tape 4 as shown in step S13 of FIG.

Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
For example, the ear part side surface movement folding guide 40 and the ear part side surface fixed folding guide 50 are formed in a rectangular tube shape from the side end face of the product 1 after winding the bottom surface, both front and rear side surfaces, and the top surface of the product 1 with the packaging sheet 2. It is good also as a structure which folds the protruding ear | edge part 2c.

In addition, if necessary, the upward slope edge of the first ear side surface fixed folding guide is formed into a “narrow trapezoidal shape” immediately before the top edge of the packaging sheet becomes a triangular shape with a sharp tip. The folded and overlapped regions on both sides of the ear of the packaging sheet may be expanded upward. Similarly, the downward slope edge of the second ear side fixed fixing guide has the lower end of the ear of the packaging sheet at the tip. It is good also as a structure which expands the area | region overlapped and folded in the both sides | surfaces of the ear | edge part of a packaging sheet below until it forms in the "narrow trapezoid shape" just before becoming a sharp triangular shape.
