Abstract
【解決手段】ケース14と、第1の方向に摺動可能で、ケース14に装着されたスライダー15と、スライダー15の上面に装着され、第2の方向へ摺動可能な可動体16と、可動体16、ケース14、スライダー15のいずれかに設けられた反射部17と、反射部17と対向配置された発光素子12及び受光素子13とを備え、反射部17は、発光素子12と対向する側に、段差を有し、反射部17と発光素子12との第3の方向における距離が、領域によって異なることによって、可動体16の摺動方向を一対の発光素子12と受光素子13で検出できる。

図1は本発明の実施の形態1による多方向入力装置の断面図である。図2は図1の多方向入力装置の分解斜視図であり、図2の左側に示す図は斜め上方から見た分解斜視図で、図2の右側に示す図は斜め下方から見た分解斜視図である。
次に図7Aおよび図7Bの多方向入力装置の分解斜視図を参照しながら、実施の形態2について説明する。なお、図7Aは斜め上方から見た分解斜視図で、図7Bは斜め下方から見た分解斜視図である。図2と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
次に図8の多方向入力装置の分解斜視図を参照しながら、実施の形態3について説明する。図8は斜め上方から見た分解斜視図で、斜め下方から見た分解斜視図は図示していない。図7A、7Bと同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- ケースと、第1の方向に摺動可能で、前記ケースに装着されたスライダーと、前記スライダーの上面に装着され第2の方向へ摺動可能な可動体と、前記可動体、前記ケース、前記スライダーのいずれかに設けられた第1の反射部と、前記第1の反射部と対向配置された第1の発光素子及び第1の受光素子を備え、前記第1の反射部は、前記第1の発光素子と対向する側に段差を有し、前記第1の反射部と前記第1の発光素子との第3の方向における距離が領域によって異なることを特徴とする多方向入力装置。
- 前記第1の反射部が、所定の位置を中心に第3の方向において、高さの異なる領域が放射状に配置されて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多方向入力装置。
- さらに第2の反射部と、前記第2の反射部と対向配置された第2の発光素子と、前記第2の反射部と対向配置された第2の受光素子とを備え、前記第2の反射部は、前記第2の発光素子と対向する側に段差を有し、前記第2の反射部と前記第2の発光素子との前記第3の方向における距離が領域によって異なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多方向入力装置。
- 前記第1の反射部が前記スライダーに設けられ、前記第1の反射部が前記第1の方向または前記第2の方向に沿って第3の方向の高さが異なる段差であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多方向入力装置。
- 前記第1の発光素子と前記第1の受光素子が一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多方向入力装置。
