Abstract
【解決手段】
二次電池を作製する際には、まず、ケース成形工程により、内面10Aに潤滑剤が塗布されたケース10を準備し、その後の電極組立体収容工程により、そのケース10に電極組立体20を収容する。つまり、ケース成形工程で用いた潤滑剤が、電極組立体収容工程のときに利用される。このような潤滑剤の利用は、従来にはなかった新規な方法であり、この方法によれば、ケース成形時と電極組立体収容時とで別々に潤滑剤を準備する必要がないため、その準備に要する手間やコストを削減することができる。

Claims (6)
- ケースに電極組立体が収容されてなる蓄電装置の製造方法であって、
ケースとなるべきスラグとパンチとの間に高級脂肪酸を含む潤滑剤を介在させた状態でインパクト加工をおこない、前記潤滑剤が内面に塗布されたケースを得る、ケース成形工程と、
内面に前記潤滑剤が残存した状態で、前記ケース成形工程で得られた前記ケースに電極組立体を収容する、電極組立体収容工程と
を含む、蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記高級脂肪酸が、ステアリン酸およびパルミチン酸の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記高級脂肪酸が、ステアリン酸亜鉛またはステアリン酸リチウムを含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記潤滑剤が溶剤としてクロロホルムを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記ケース成形工程の際、前記パンチに前記潤滑剤を塗布した状態でインパクト加工をおこなう、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記蓄電装置が二次電池である、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
