Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle power supply control device that controls a vehicle power supply.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, power batteries and energy batteries are known as vehicle power supplies that supply power to vehicle loads such as motor inverters for electric vehicles. The power battery has a higher output density than the energy battery, and the energy battery has a higher energy density than the power battery.
By the way, the power source for vehicles is constituted by either a power battery or an energy battery alone, and the power required for the vehicle load (required output when the load is a motor) and the required energy (the load is a motor) by such a power source. In this case, if both of the required travel distances) are to be satisfied, there is a problem of redundant design such as an increase in the size of the vehicle power supply.
In order to solve this problem, a conventional vehicle power source includes a power source in which a power battery and an energy battery are connected in parallel (for example, Patent Document 1). According to this, it is possible to suppress the redundant design of the vehicle power supply while satisfying both the required power and the required energy of the vehicle load.
However, in a power source in which a power battery and an energy battery are connected in parallel, the SOC (charge rate) of the power battery and the SOC of the energy battery are hardly reduced evenly. Therefore, even if the SOC is sufficient for the entire vehicle power source, if the discharge of the battery on either side is continuously lower than the SOC of the battery on the other side, the battery with a low SOC It is conceivable that the function is remarkably deteriorated due to overdischarge.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to suppress deterioration of each battery due to overdischarge in a power source in which a power battery and an energy battery are connected in parallel.
In order to solve the above problems, a vehicle power supply control device according to the present invention includes a power supply in which a power battery and an energy battery are connected in parallel, a load connected to the power supply and supplied with power from the power supply, Voltage detection means for detecting the voltage of the power battery and the energy battery, current detection means for detecting a current value supplied from the power battery and the energy battery to the load, and the voltage and current supply of the power battery and the energy battery Charging rate calculating means for calculating the charging rate of each battery from the current value, switching means capable of switching the connection state between the power battery and the energy battery and the load, and control means for controlling the switching means, And the control means is a charge in which the charge rate of one of the batteries calculated by the charge rate calculating means is preset. When the condition that the charging rate of the other battery is less than the set charging rate is satisfied as described above, the target battery and the load are disconnected from the target battery as the target battery. Is.
According to this vehicle power supply control device, when either one of the power battery and the energy battery has a charging rate (SOC) lower than the set charging rate, the battery (target battery) is automatically disconnected from the load. The Therefore, it is possible to prevent a battery having a low charging rate from being overdischarged and deteriorating its function.
In this vehicle power supply control device, the control means samples a current value detected by the current detection means, the condition is satisfied, and the energization current value of the target battery is a preset value, It is preferable that the target battery and the load be disconnected when a current value that is preset as a current value that can suppress the occurrence of arc discharge in the switching means.
According to this configuration, when the target battery is disconnected from the load, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of arc discharge in the switching unit and damage to the switching unit.
In this case, when the load is a traveling motor that is driven by receiving power supply from the power source, the control device switches from the target battery to the motor when the accelerator is switched from on to off. It is preferable to estimate the time until the energization current value becomes equal to or less than the set current value, and to make the sampling time of the energization current value within this estimation time shorter than the previous sampling time.
When the accelerator is switched from on to off, there is a high possibility that the energization current value from the target battery to the motor will be less than or equal to the set current value. Therefore, after setting the estimated time as described above, sampling within that time By shortening the time, while reducing the control load of the control device by sampling of the energization current value, the time when the energization current value falls below the set current value is detected more reliably and the target battery and the load are disconnected It becomes possible to.
In this case, if the control device includes an inverter for storing the regenerative power generated by the motor in the power source, the control device can store the regenerative power in the power source between the target battery and the motor. The inverter is controlled to be started after being disconnected.
According to this configuration, when the target battery and the motor are switched to the disconnected state, the regenerative power generated by the motor is stored in the target battery, thereby preventing the arc discharge from occurring in the switching unit. .
In the case of this configuration, the control means sets a time longer than the estimated time as a time until the storage of the regenerative power starts at the time of switching from the accelerator on to the off, and the setting It is preferable to control the inverter so that regenerative power is generated in the motor after a lapse of time.
According to this configuration, it is possible to suitably prevent the disadvantage that the regenerative power of the motor is stored in the target battery before the target battery and the motor are disconnected.
According to the present invention, when either one of the power battery and the energy battery has a charging rate (SOC) lower than the set charging rate, the battery (target battery) and the load are automatically disconnected. Therefore, it is possible to suppress deterioration of each battery resulting from continuous discharge of a battery having a low charging rate.
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
図1では「P/C」)およびVCM(Vehicle Control Module)16等を備えている。
The vehicle on which the vehicle power supply control device according to this embodiment is mounted is an electric vehicle. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle power
The
The
As described above, the
The
The VCM 16 (corresponding to the control means of the present invention) is a controller based on a well-known microcomputer, and is constituted by a central processing unit (CPU) that executes a program and, for example, a RAM or a ROM, and the program and data And an input / output (I / O) bus for inputting and outputting electrical signals. Various information is input to the
Next, control of the
When this control starts, the
Next, the
When the discharge from the
The
When the determination result in step S17 is YES, that is, when the charging rate of any of the
On the other hand, when the determination result in step S17 is NO, that is, when the charging rate of at least one of the
On the other hand, if the determination result in step S19 is NO, that is, if the charging rate of the
If the determination result in step S23 is YES, the
On the other hand, if the determination result is NO in step S23, acquisition of accelerator opening information from the accelerator opening sensor 23 is continued (step S21).
Next, the
Then, the
When the
FIG. 4 shows the traveling state (vehicle speed) of the vehicle and the power input / output state of the power supply 10 (power battery 14) based on the control of the
According to the vehicle power

In particular, according to this vehicle power
Moreover, according to this vehicle power
Furthermore, according to this vehicle power

For example, in this embodiment, the
