Abstract
【解決手段】弾性部材がロータ駆動軸の軸方向に伸縮を行なうようにハウジングボディ内に収容されている。当該弾性部材は、ロータ駆動軸がハウジングボディにハウジングトップが取り付けられているときの位置である通常位置にあるときに圧縮された状態となり、通常位置にあるロータ駆動軸をハウジングトップ側へ付勢する。ロータ駆動軸には第1係合部が設けられており、ハウジングボディには、ロータ駆動軸が通常位置よりもロータ駆動軸の先端側で弾性部材が自然長となる位置よりもロータ駆動軸の基端側の位置にきたときに第1係合部と係合する第2係合部が設けられており、第1係合部と第2係合部によってロータ駆動軸の先端側への移動を制限する駆動軸ストッパが構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 内部空間を有するハウジングであって、流路配管を接続する複数の接続ポートを外面に有するとともに前記接続ポートのそれぞれに通じる接続穴が一平面に配置された流路接続部を前記内部空間側に有するハウジングトップ、及び内側に上面の開口した凹部を有しその凹部の開口部分において前記ハウジングトップを着脱可能に保持するハウジングボディを備えたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記内部空間内において一平面が前記流路接続部と対向するように配置され、前記一平面に前記流路接続部のいずれかの前記接続穴を選択的に接続する溝が形成されているロータと、
前記ハウジングボディ側に設けられ、前記ハウジングボディ側から前記ハウジングトップ側へ延びて前記ハウジングトップ側の先端部で前記ロータを保持するロータ駆動軸を備え、前記ロータ駆動軸をその軸芯を回転中心として回転させることにより前記ロータを回転させるロータ駆動部と、
前記ロータ駆動軸の軸方向に伸縮を行なうように前記ハウジングボディ内に収容され、前記ロータ駆動軸が前記ハウジングボディに前記ハウジングトップが取り付けられているときの位置である通常位置にあるときに圧縮された状態となり、前記通常位置にある前記ロータ駆動軸を前記ハウジングトップ側へ付勢する弾性部材と、
前記ロータ駆動軸に設けられた第1係合部と前記ハウジングボディに設けられた第2係合部からなり、前記ロータ駆動軸が前記通常位置よりも前記ロータ駆動軸の先端側で前記弾性部材が自然長となる位置よりも前記ロータ駆動軸の基端側の位置にきたときに前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部が互いに係合して前記ロータ駆動軸の先端側への移動を制限する駆動軸ストッパと、を備えた流路切換バルブ。 - 前記第1係合部は前記ロータ駆動軸の外周面から前記ハウジングボディ側へ突起した突起部であり、前記第2係合部は前記ハウジングボディの内周面から前記ロータ駆動軸側へ突起した突起部である請求項1に記載の流路切換バルブ。
- 前記第1係合部は前記ロータ駆動軸の外周面に沿って設けられたつば状の突起部であり、前記第2係合部は前記ハウジングボディの内周面に沿って設けられたリング状の突起部である請求項2に記載の流路切換バルブ。
