Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物を原料又は/及び燃料として使用するセメント焼成炉(エコセメントキルン2等)から排出された燃焼ガスの全量を冷却する冷却塔3と、冷却塔からの排ガスG1を処理する排ガス処理装置1と、排ガス処理装置で回収されたダストをセメント焼成炉に戻す経路とを有するセメント製造工程から有価金属を回収する方法であって、冷却塔の排ガスに含まれるダストを回収し、回収したダストを水洗して有価金属を含むダストを回収する。水洗したダストを酸浸出工程及びアルカリ浸出工程に供して有価金属を含むダスト(カルシウム澱物CA)を回収することもできる。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物を原料又は/及び燃料として使用するセメント焼成炉から排出された燃焼ガスの全量を冷却する冷却塔を有するセメント製造工程から有価金属を回収する方法であって、
前記冷却塔の排ガスに含まれるダストを回収し、
該回収したダストを水洗して有価金属を含むダストを回収することを特徴とする廃棄物中の有価金属回収方法。 - 前記セメント焼成炉は、エコセメントを焼成するエコセメントキルンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物中の有価金属回収方法。
- 前記水洗したダストを酸浸出工程及びアルカリ浸出工程に供して有価金属を含むダストを回収することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物中の有価金属回収方法。
- 前記水洗したダストの一部、又は前記水洗したダストを酸浸出工程及びアルカリ浸出工程に供したダストの一部を有価金属を含むダストとして回収し、残りを前記セメント焼成炉に戻すことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の廃棄物中の有価金属回収方法。
