Description

The present invention relates to a container intended for pouring water or hot water. In particular, the present invention relates to a container for eating by adding hot water to instant food or the like, or cooking with a microwave oven or the like.

There are various types of containers that are used by pouring water or hot water. For example, many containers for eating dry food can be eaten by pouring a predetermined amount of water or hot water.

In such a container for eating, it is necessary to pour a predetermined amount of water or hot water, but there are many types in which a water line is provided on the inner surface of the container in order to put a predetermined amount of water or hot water. In many cases, the waterline has a concavo-convex shape or a step on the inner surface of the container.

The user puts a predetermined amount of water or hot water using this water line as a clue. In a normal case, the draft line is a draft line at which the water surface drawn on the inner surface of the container when a predetermined amount of water or hot water is poured into the container. For this reason, the draft line was provided in the position of the liquid level itself in the container inner surface.

However, when this water line is provided as an uneven shape or step on the inner surface of the container, if the user tries to add water or water to the predetermined water line, it is actually necessary due to the influence of physical properties such as surface tension of water and hot water. It has been empirically known that there are cases where the amount of water or hot water is excessively added, or the amount of water is excessively conscious so as not to exceed the amount of water or the amount of water or hot water.

Patent document 1 is mentioned as a method for making visible the amount of water poured in that water or hot water is poured into such a container.

The above is an excellent method for making it easier to read the water level of the pan. However, the said application is for reading accurately the amount of water put into various pans, and does not solve the problem of the waterline having a concavo-convex shape as in the present invention.

The present inventors made it a subject to develop a method in which a user can add water or hot water more accurately and without variation when providing the water line as an uneven shape or a step on the inner surface of the container.

As a result of various trial manufactures and researches by the present inventors, the water line having the uneven shape or the step is placed on the inner surface of the container when the cup-shaped container is horizontally placed and the predetermined amount of water or hot water is poured. When the draft line is formed on a line that draws a zigzag at equal intervals in the vertical direction with respect to the reference water quantity line that is formed, the user adds a predetermined quantity of water with higher accuracy. I found out that I can do it.

Embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to these embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a cup-shaped container 1 of the present invention.
─Cup-shaped container─

The cup-shaped container 1 referred to in the present invention is a container whose upper part is an open type. The opening 1-1 of the container may be round as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, or may be square as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cup-shaped container 1 of the present invention may be cylindrical or rectangular parallelepiped, but has a tapered shape as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (c). Is preferred.

The cup-shaped container 1 of the present invention is assumed to be a container that is generally used for eating instant food. Specifically, it is a container having a capacity of about 300 to 800 ml, particularly a cup-shaped container having an amount of water up to the water line 2 of about 200 to 600 ml.

The material is not particularly limited as long as it is plastic, but polyolefin such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and the like can be suitably used.

A multilayer material in which plastic is laminated on paper may be used.
─ Add a predetermined amount of water or hot water ─

A type in which the amount of water or hot water added to the container is limited is assumed. A container for eating and cooking used when cooking instant noodles is assumed to be a type in which water or hot water is added.

That is, there is a type in which instant noodle chunks are stored inside a container, and hot water is poured into the container so that it can be eaten for a predetermined time. In addition, in the case of cooking in a microwave oven, water or hot water is poured into a container containing noodle chunks, and cooking can be performed by cooking in a microwave oven for a predetermined time.

In addition, in the case of so-called fried noodles with no soup, a small amount of water may be added before cooking in a microwave oven. In such cooking, the amount of water to be added may not be misaligned. Although required, it can be used for such containers.
─Water line with uneven shape or steps─

The water line 2 having an uneven shape or a step is provided on the inner surface side of the side surface portion 1-2 of the cup container 1. The draft line is the convex shape shown in FIG. 2A in the figure below, the concave shape shown in FIG. 2B, and the level difference when the side surface inside the container as shown in FIG. Refers to cases. Of course, a combination of these may be used. The size of the unevenness or step is not particularly limited. However, in general, the width and height are about 0.1 to 3 mm. In addition, when the size of the unevenness or the step is large, the center portion becomes the reference.
─Standard water volume line─

As shown in FIG. 3, the reference water volume line 3 is a side surface portion 1 of the container 1 of the present invention when the container 1 of the present invention is placed horizontally and predetermined water or hot water is poured into the container of the present invention. -2 is a line generated by the liquid level inside. In addition, this reference | standard water amount line 3 can be calculated and calculated | required from the value of the internal diameter of a container.
─On a line drawing a zigzag─

In the present invention, the draft line 2 is formed on a line 4 that draws a zigzag with the reference water amount line 3 in the center and at equal intervals in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the equal interval means that the maximum distance away from the reference water amount line 3 in the upper direction and the maximum distance away in the lower direction are substantially equal.

In addition, the said upper direction said to this invention means the direction along the upper direction at the side part 1-2 of the cup-shaped container 1. FIG. Therefore, in the case of a taper shape, the distance along the side surface portion 1-2 of the container 1 as shown in FIG.

The above “maximum distance in the upper direction” and “maximum distance in the lower direction” are, for example, of a capacity of up to about 1 L, depending on the size of the container 1 and the thickness of the water line 2. If it is a container, if it is about 0.2-2.5 mm in general, it is suitable.

The zigzag line 4 goes up and down across the reference water volume line 3. The zigzag line 4 includes not only a straight broken line but also a waveform as shown in FIG.

Moreover, the frequency of the zigzag per unit length of the reference | standard water amount line 3 is not specifically limited. For example, in the cup-shaped container 1 having a rectangular opening 1-1 as shown below, as shown in FIG. 7, the zigzag line 4 intersects the reference water amount line 3 twice for one side surface 1-2. Such a type (a) is also possible. Further, it may be one (b) including several tens of intersections. Furthermore, a plurality of types having different zigzag pitches may be included.

In any of the above cases, the effects of the present invention can be achieved. In view of design and the like, it is preferable that the reference level lines as shown in FIG. 7A with a reduced zigzag pitch intersect at an acute angle. In the present invention, the draft line 2 is formed on the zigzag line 4.

However, the draft line 2 need not be provided on all of the zigzag lines 4. Furthermore, it is not limited to being a continuous line. For example, when a zigzag line 4 with respect to the reference water amount line 3 is assumed as shown in FIG. 8, the draft line 2 having an actual unevenness or step shape is formed on an intermittent line segment as shown by a solid line. It may be a collection of water lines.

Examples of the present invention are shown below. The effect of the present invention was tested using a type in which the convex water line 2 was provided on the reference water amount line and a type in which a step was provided inside.
─Manufacture of polypropylene containers─

Using a container 1 having a rectangular shape with a top opening as shown in FIG. 9 and having a tapered shape, the size of the opening 1-1 is generally vertical x horizontal: 105 mm x 115 mm, height: 100 mm, and the bottom is vertical x horizontal: The standard size was 70 × 80 mm. And the cup-shaped container which has the type of various draft lines 2 inside the container 1 of the said shape was prepared.

The container was made of polypropylene and prepared by a vacuum molding method. The amount of water to be added was assumed to be 415 ml in the container.
—Comparative Example 1—

In the case where the draft line 2 is provided on the conventional reference water amount line 3, the reference water amount line 3 drawn in the calculation is derived when the container 1 is placed in a horizontal state and the 415 ml of water is poured therein. It was. Next, a cup-shaped container prepared so that the convex draft line 2 was formed on the reference water amount line 3 was prepared.
-Example 1-

For Comparative Example 1, as shown in Table 1, a container molded so as to provide a V-shaped convex water line across the side surface portion was prepared. Specifically, at the corner portion of the container, the reference portion is formed at a central portion of the container side surface portion and a peak portion separated by 0.77 mm in the upper direction of the container side surface portion so as to have a maximum separation distance with respect to the reference level line. Convex draft lines were provided so as to form valleys separated by 0.77 mm in the lower direction of the side surface of the container with respect to the level line to prepare a container. In addition, the vertical width of the peak part and the trough part became 1.55 mm from the above-mentioned space | interval.
-Example 2-

For Example 1, a V-shaped draft line having a shape with a step inside was prepared as shown in Table 1. Other conditions were the same as in Example 1.
-Example 3-

In Example 2, as shown in Table 1, a peak portion separated by 1.55 mm in the vertical upper direction and a valley portion separated by 1.55 mm in the vertical lower direction with respect to the reference level line at the center portion of the side surface portion of the container A container provided with a stepped water line was prepared. Therefore, the vertical width of the peak portion and the valley portion was 3.1 mm.
─Water injection test─

Using the containers of Comparative Example 1 and Examples 1 to 3, the monitors of 20 people randomly selected for each container, and the water line for each container with the same level of attention to each container We had you perform operation to add water until. As a result of the operation test, the amount of added water was examined, and the results shown in Table 1 were obtained.

Figure 2014166889
Figure 2014166889

As shown in Table 1, compared to the case of a horizontal water line, a water line with a V-shaped water line has a small variation in the amount of added water, and puts an amount of water close to a predetermined amount of water. It turns out that you can.
