Abstract
【解決手段】水熱交換器51は、冷媒と水との間で熱交換を行なうことによって水を加熱するフィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器である。水熱交換器51は、平板形状を有し、互いに間隔を隔てて配列される複数枚のフィン52と、複数枚のフィン52を貫きながら延伸し、フィン52に直交し、互いに平行に並ぶ複数の仮想平面210,220内に配索される多列配管53とを備える。多列配管53は、水が流れる水配管53nと、冷媒が流れる冷媒配管53mとを含む。各フィン52は、仮想平面210,220の並び方向において一体物の板材から形成されている。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における給湯機能付きの空気調和機の回路構成を示す図である。図2は、図1中の空気調和機の室外機を示す斜視図である。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1における空気調和機10に適用可能な給湯時のファン制御の一例について説明する。図6は、図1中の空気調和機の構成を示すブロック図である。
図8は、この発明の実施の形態3における給湯機能付きの空気調和機の回路構成を示す図である。本実施の形態における空気調和機は、実施の形態1における空気調和機10と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造についてはその説明を繰り返さない。
図9は、この発明の実施の形態4における給湯機能付きの空気調和機の回路構成を示す図である。図10は、図9中の空気調和機の制御に関する構成を示した回路図である。本実施の形態における空気調和機は、実施の形態3における空気調和機と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造についてはその説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (6)
- 冷媒と被加熱流体との間で熱交換を行なうことによって被加熱流体を加熱する、フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器であって、
平板形状を有し、互いに間隔を隔てて配列される複数枚のフィンと、
複数枚の前記フィンを貫きながら延伸し、前記フィンに直交し、互いに平行に並ぶ複数の仮想平面内に配索される多列配管とを備え、
前記多列配管は、被加熱流体が流れる流体用配管と、冷媒が流れる冷媒用配管とを含み、
各前記フィンは、前記仮想平面の並び方向において一体物の板材から形成される、フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器。 - 複数の前記仮想平面として、第1平面と、前記第1平面と間隔を隔てて並ぶ第2平面とが設けられ、
前記流体用配管および前記冷媒用配管は、それぞれ、前記第1平面および前記第2平面内に配索される、請求項1に記載のフィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器。 - 被加熱流体を加熱する機能を有する空気調和機であって、
請求項1または2に記載のフィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器と、
ヒートポンプサイクルを構成する冷凍回路と、
被加熱流体が流れる流体回路とを備え、
前記冷凍回路から前記冷媒用配管に冷媒が供給され、前記流体回路から前記流体用配管に被加熱流体が供給される、空気調和機。 - 前記冷凍回路の経路上に設けられ、前記フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器とともに室外に設置される室外側熱交換器と、
前記室外側熱交換器に室外空気を供給するためのファンと、
前記流体回路における被加熱流体の流れを検知する検知部と、
前記検知部において被加熱流体の流れが検知された場合に前記ファンを停止させ、被加熱流体の流れが検知されなかった場合に前記ファンを駆動させる制御部とを備える、請求項3に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記冷凍回路の経路上に設けられ、前記フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器とともに室外に設置される室外側熱交換器をさらに備え、
前記フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器と前記室外側熱交換器とが一体に設けられる、請求項3または4に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記フィンアンドチューブ型熱交換器と前記室外側熱交換器とが一体に設けられ、
前記冷凍回路の経路上に設けられ、前記室外側熱交換器に供給する冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記冷凍回路の経路上に設けられ、冷媒の圧力を検知するプレッシャースイッチとをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記検知部において被加熱流体の流れが検知された場合であって、前記プレッシャースイッチにおいて冷媒の圧力が予め定められた値以上であると検知された場合に、前記ファンを駆動させる、請求項4に記載の空気調和機。
