Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sludge treatment system including a centrifuge for concentrating sludge and a furnace for heat treating the concentrated sludge, and more particularly to a technique for automatically controlling the centrifuge according to the heat treatment status of the concentrated sludge.
For example, sludge generated in water treatment processes such as water and sewage, industrial wastewater, and human waste is incinerated in an incinerator. It is preferable to incinerate the sludge after performing a concentration treatment for reducing the moisture content. As a sludge concentrating device (including a case of dehydration), a centrifugal separator called a decanter is known (see, for example,
FIG. 11 shows a schematic structure of a horizontal decanter (see, for example,
One end side of the bowl 101 that applies centrifugal force to the sludge that is the object to be treated is formed in a conical shape. This conical portion forms a beach where the concentrated sludge transported by the
In such a configuration, when sludge (supply sludge) is continuously supplied into the rotating bowl 101, sludge solids settle on the peripheral wall surface of the bowl 101 by the action of centrifugal force in the pool portion in the bowl 101. Then, the concentrated sludge in the bowl 101 is transferred toward the beach portion by the
The bowl 101 is rotated by a
Generally, the
On the other hand, the present inventors have implemented a novel control method for optimal operation of the
The constant torque control of Japanese Patent Application No. 2012-149412 is an effective invention that contributes to efficient operation of the entire sludge treatment system. However, the correlation between the moisture content and the torque is affected not only by the centrifugal force but also by the concentration of the sludge supplied to the decanter 100 (supply sludge concentration). Therefore, in the above-described constant torque control, the moisture content of the concentrated sludge may deviate from the target value when the supply sludge concentration varies. The supply sludge concentration varies depending on the processing status of the process upstream of the
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems cited as an example, and the object thereof is a sludge treatment system including a centrifugal separator for concentrating sludge and a furnace for heat treating the concentrated sludge. According to the sludge treatment system including the centrifugal separator and the furnace of the present invention, the moisture content and the concentration are received in the constant torque control of the centrifugal separator based on the received information on the heat treatment status of the concentrated sludge from the furnace. By correcting the set torque with both “centrifugal force” and “supply sludge concentration” that affect the correlation of the sludge conveyance torque, it becomes possible to obtain a set torque corresponding to the target moisture content with high accuracy. Further, by adjusting the supply flow rate according to the change in the supply sludge concentration so that the solid matter throughput of the centrifugal separator is constant, the influence of the fluctuation in the supply sludge concentration on the constant torque control can be suppressed. . That is, the influence of fluctuations in the supply sludge concentration on the constant torque control can be suppressed, and the decanter can be automatically controlled under optimum conditions in accordance with the operation state of the furnace. As a result, it is possible to save energy in the entire sludge treatment system, reduce CO 2 emissions, and reduce running costs. Furthermore, when the VTS / TS information is obtained from the furnace, the correlation between the moisture content and the concentrated sludge carrying torque can be corrected also by the VTS / TS, and the automatic control can be optimized.
Hereinafter, a sludge treatment system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not construed as being limited by the embodiments described below.

The incinerator includes an
Next, a preferred configuration of the
The power of the
A drive motor called a
The
The body portion of the
On the other hand, the
A
The
The
The sludge supplied to the
Further, a mass type or capacity type flow meter is installed in a pipe or the like connected to the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

Information on the state of combustion of the concentrated sludge can include information on the moisture content of the concentrated sludge supplied into the furnace and the moisture content desired by the

As a method of controlling so as to obtain concentrated sludge having a target moisture content, constant torque control using a conveyance torque (detected value) measured by a torque meter or the like can be performed. More specifically, since the centrifugal force (G), the conveyance torque, and the moisture content have a correlation schematically shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C, the moisture content is estimated from the detected value of the conveyance torque. be able to. Therefore, the conveyance torque corresponding to the target moisture content is obtained from the correlation and set to the control value of the conveyance torque, and the torque according to the set value of the centrifugal force (G) as schematically shown in FIG. The differential speed is variably controlled so that the conveyance torque (detected value) measured by the meter becomes the set torque. That is, even if the variable range (minimum value, maximum value) of the differential speed is determined and the centrifugal force (G) is set in various values (for example, 2000G or 1800G), the differential speed changes within this variable range. Then, control is performed so that the set torque is maintained. The set torque may be controlled to be an optimum value, or may be variably controlled so that an upper limit value and a lower limit value are determined and fall within the range. Since the value of the conveyance torque corresponding to the target moisture content varies depending on the magnitude of the centrifugal force (G), the conveyance torque that matches the control value of the centrifugal force (G) is set as the set torque.
As a preferable example, when the centrifugal force (G) is operated at 2000 G, the differential speed changes within a predetermined range (for example, 5 to 8 min −1 ) and changes for a certain period of time (for example, one hour). When the set torque (or within the target range) corresponding to the moisture content (for example, 78%) is controlled, the
When operating at a centrifugal force of 1900 G, the differential speed changes within a predetermined range (for example, 3 to 6 min −1 ) and is controlled to a set torque (or within a target range) for a fixed time (for example, one hour). If it is, the
[Correction of set torque by supply sludge concentration]
The above is the basic operation of the constant torque control in which the centrifugal force (G) is variable. By correcting the set torque according to the magnitude of the centrifugal force (G), a concentrated sludge having a target moisture content can be obtained. . However, in actual operation, the supply sludge concentration fluctuates and affects the correlation between moisture content and torque. That is, if the supply sludge concentration changes, the amount of solids transported in the
As a preferred example, the
As described above, in the constant torque control, the moisture content is estimated from the detected value of the conveyance torque. Therefore, in order to obtain sludge having the target moisture content, it is important to set the torque appropriately. Therefore, as in the above-described embodiment, the target moisture content can be handled with high accuracy by correcting the set torque with both “centrifugal force” and “supply sludge concentration” that affect the correlation between moisture content and torque. It becomes possible to set torque. That is, the influence of fluctuations in the supply sludge concentration on the constant torque control can be suppressed, and the decanter can be automatically controlled under optimum conditions in accordance with the operation state of the furnace.
[Constant operation of solid amount]
The main factor that the supplied sludge concentration affects the moisture content and torque is that, as described above, the amount of solid material transported in the
According to the above-mentioned embodiment, the influence which the fluctuation | variation of supply sludge density | concentration has on the correlation of a moisture content and a torque can be suppressed by performing solid substance processing amount fixed operation. As a result, it is possible to omit the step of correcting the set torque using the correlation as shown in FIG. The operation of the subsequent furnace is also stabilized by keeping the solid treatment amount constant.
As mentioned above, although two embodiment which can suppress the influence which the fluctuation | variation of supply sludge density | concentration has on the torque constant control was described, it was equipped with both the function which corrects setting torque, and the function which performs solid matter processing amount constant operation. The configuration may be such that the operator switches the control method as appropriate.
Furthermore, when the
The
(VTS/TSに基づく制御)
(Control based on VTS / TS)
The above-described embodiment is an example in which control is performed according to the moisture content change request of the furnace. Hereinafter, an automatic control method based on VTS / TS (Volatile Total Solids / Total Solids) of concentrated sludge will be described in detail as a modified example of control.
In other words, the
As described above, the
Thus, VTS / TS and water content of the concentrated sludge are closely related to the stable operation of the
As a more preferable control method, the optimum centrifugal force (G) for setting the target moisture content based on the correlation between the moisture content and the centrifugal force (G) with VTS / TS schematically shown in FIG. To decide. When VTS / TS is 80% and the moisture content sent from the furnace is 82%, the optimum centrifugal force (G) is 1500 G in the example of FIG. Furthermore, when the target moisture content is set to 80%, the optimum centrifugal force (G) is 1800G, so the control value of the centrifugal force (G) is changed to 1800G.
When the optimum centrifugal force (G) is determined, the control value of the conveyance torque is determined based on the target moisture content and the centrifugal force (G) based on FIG. Then, as schematically shown in FIG. 7B, the differential speed is variably controlled so that the conveyance torque (detected value) measured by the torque meter is constant at the control value, similarly to the control by the set torque described above. To do. The set torque may be controlled to be an optimum value, or may be variably controlled so that an upper limit value and a lower limit value are determined and fall within the range. Then, if possible, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), similarly to the control with the set torque described above, the control for gradually decreasing the centrifugal force so as to become the set torque with a lower centrifugal force. (For example, change from 1800G to 1600G). Instead of the control by the set torque, the control by the moisture content meter described above may be performed. The control by the set torque and the control by the moisture content meter may be performed together.
VTS / TS of concentrated sludge is one factor that affects the correlation between moisture content and torque, such as the centrifugal force (G) and supply sludge concentration described above. Therefore, if the set torque can be corrected according to the value of VTS / TS of the concentrated sludge, better control can be performed. As a preferred example, the correlation between the moisture content and the torque with VTS / TS of the concentrated sludge as a parameter is as shown in FIG. The
The target moisture content determined based on VTS / TS can be, for example, the self-combustion moisture content that can be derived from VTS / TS. That is, the correlation between the VTS / TS of the concentrated sludge and the self-combustion moisture content has a proportional relationship schematically shown in FIG. Based on this correlation, the target moisture content is determined, and the centrifugal force (G) that can achieve the self-combustion moisture content is determined. Further, since there is a correlation schematically shown in FIG. 10 between VTS / TS and the drug injection rate, the optimal drug injection rate corresponding to VTS / TS is set as a control value to control the amount of drug added. You can also.
Furthermore, the target moisture content can be determined based on the operation mode of the
According to the above-described embodiment, “centrifugal force” that affects the correlation between the moisture content and the concentrated sludge conveyance torque in performing constant torque control of the
