この一実施形態の生体情報測定装置では、上記第1センサは上記本体から取り外し可能に設けられている。そして、上記第1判断部によって上記第1の灌流指標が上記第1の閾値未満であると判断されたとき、上記制御部は、上記第2センサを用いるべき旨に代えて、上記第1センサを含む部分を上記本体から取り外して用いるべき旨を報知する制御を行う。したがって、ユーザは、その報知によって、上記本体から上記第1センサを含む部分を取り外して用いることを促される。上記第1センサを含む部分は上記本体全体に比して軽量であるから、被測定部位を圧迫する程度が少なく、灌流をあまり阻害しない。したがって、上記本体から取り外された上記第1センサを含む部分を用いて測定を行えば、上記本体に上記第1センサが取り付けられたまま測定する場合に比して、より正確な測定が可能となる。
