[1] アクリル樹脂からなる熱可塑性基材上に、ハードコート層を有する光学フィルムであって、該熱可塑性基材と該ハードコート層との間に、ハードコート層形成用組成物に含まれるバインダーと基材のアクリル樹脂とを含む浸透層が設けられたことを特徴とする光学フィルム。
[2] 上記ハードコート層の膜厚が1μm以上であり、且つ、ハードコート層と浸透層の膜厚の合計に対するハードコート層の膜厚が、10%以上90%以下であることを特徴とする[1]に記載の光学フィルム。
[3] 上記ハードコート層を形成するためのハードコート層形成用組成物が、(a)ポリマー成分を含んでいることを特徴とする[1]または[2]に記載の光学フィルム。
[4] 上記(a)ポリマー成分が、導電性ポリマーであることを特徴とする[3]に記載の光学フィルム。
[5] 上記ハードコート層形成用組成物は、さらに(b)同一分子内に2個以上の不飽和二重結合を有するモノマー、(c)光重合開始剤、(d)有機溶剤を含有することを特徴とする[3]又は[4]に記載の光学フィルム。
[6] 上記(b)同一分子内に2個以上の重合性基を有するモノマーのSP値が17〜30であることを特徴とする[5]に記載の光学フィルム。
[7] 上記熱可塑性基材のアクリル樹脂が、下記式(101)で表されるラクトン環単位、
