Abstract
【解決手段】可動体120は、周面に周方向に沿ってN磁極面とS磁極面とを交互に有する円筒状のマグネット123を備える。固定体110は、マグネット123の周面に対向して、周方向に亘って配置され、N磁極面及びS磁極面と同数の極歯115b、116bと、可動体120の共振周波数に略等しい周波数の交流が供給され、極歯115b、116bを周方向で交互に異なる極性で励磁するコイル114bとを備える。可動体120は、極歯115b、116bの周方向の中心位置CL1と、マグネット123の磁極面の切り替わり位置とが対向する位置CL2を回動基準位置として固定体110に回動自在に保持される。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るアクチュエータを示す斜視図であり、図2は、同アクチュエータの下面を示す斜視図であり、図3は、同アクチュエータの要部分解斜視図である。また、図4は、同アクチュエータにおける要部構成を示す概略断面図である。

Claims (7)
- 周面に周方向に沿ってN磁極面とS磁極面とを交互に有する円筒状のマグネット部を備える可動体と、
前記マグネット部の周面に対向して、周方向に亘って配置され、前記N磁極面及び前記S磁極面と同数の極歯面と、前記可動体の共振周波数に略等しい周波数の交流が供給され、前記極歯面を周方向で交互に異なる極性で励磁するコイルとを備える固定体と、
を有し、
前記可動体は、前記極歯面の周方向の中心と前記マグネット部の磁極面の切り替わり位置とが対向する位置を回動基準位置として、前記固定体に回動自在に保持される、
アクチュエータ。 - 前記可動体は、前記可動体を前記回動基準位置に付勢する弾性体によって、前記固定体に支持されている、
