Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof layer structure that is constructed on the rooftop of a building, and more particularly to a waterproof structure that is constructed on a waterproof layer to protect the waterproof layer and includes a protective layer having a cooling action.

Conventionally, the protective layer of the waterproof layer constructed on the rooftop of a building has been constituted by applying curing mortar on the waterproof layer and placing presser concrete thereon. And it is not uncommon for the protective concrete surface to reach 60-70 degrees Celsius in the summer, and in addition to this, the waterproof layer and the roof base are also heated, and the building itself is heated and the habitability is impaired, It is also a cause of their deterioration. Moreover, since the load of the concrete protective layer is 10 cm and reaches 240 kg per square meter, an excessive burden is placed on the rooftop. Furthermore, a large-scale construction of removing the protective concrete layer is required for repairing and repairing the waterproof layer.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and since it has a cooling action, there is no excessive temperature rise even in summer, and it is lightweight, waterproof and does not overload the ground, and is necessary. The objective is to provide a waterproof layer structure with a protective layer that can easily be repaired and repaired by easily exposing the waterproof layer surface accordingly.

The present invention is a waterproof layer structure formed on the rooftop of a building and the like, and includes a waterproof layer formed on the upper surface of the foundation and a protective layer formed on the upper surface of the waterproof layer. It consists of a permeable water-retaining block stored in a pan, and retains the moisture due to precipitation, irrigation, etc. in the permeable water-retaining block and leads the water that exceeds the moisture retention capacity of the permeable water-retaining block to the water storage pan. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems by providing a waterproof layer structure in which water exceeding the storage capacity is discharged outside the storage pan.

In the waterproof layer structure according to paragraph 0004, the protective layer may be configured by connecting a plurality of the water storage pans storing the water permeable water retaining blocks.

Furthermore, in the waterproof layer structure according to paragraph 0004 or 0005, the water permeable water retaining block may be configured to include a main body portion and a leg portion to form a water storage space between the main body portion and the water storage pan.

Furthermore, in the waterproof layer structure described in Paragraph 0006, a side surface of the water permeable water retaining block may have a configuration in which a concave portion that fits a convex portion formed on the inner wall of the water storage pan is formed.

Further, in the waterproof layer structure described in the paragraph 0007, the water storage pan to be connected connects a side wall where the ridge portion is formed and a side wall where the ridge portion is not formed, and forms a slit in the connection portion. In some cases, the side wall can be bent to facilitate storage of the water-permeable water retaining block in the water storage pan.

Furthermore, in the waterproof layer structure described in Paragraph 0008, after the water-permeable water retaining block is stored in the water storage pan, a wedge may be driven into the slit to fix the water-permeable water retaining block.

In the waterproof layer structure according to any one of paragraphs 0004 to 0009, a water supply pipe may be provided in the water storage pan.

In the waterproof layer structure according to any one of paragraphs 0004 to 0010, a water retaining member may be provided on the inner bottom surface of the water storage pan.

Furthermore, in the waterproof layer structure described in paragraph 0006, the water permeable water retaining block may be configured to fix the main body portion to an engaging portion provided in the water storage pan by screwing.

In the waterproof layer structure described in paragraph 0012, the engaging portion may be configured by a base portion standing on the inner bottom of the water storage pan and a fixing portion connected to the top portion of the base portion.

The present invention having the above-described configuration has the following effects.
Since it has a cooling effect, an excessive temperature rise can be suppressed at low cost even in summer, and the heat island phenomenon can be mitigated. In addition, since it is lighter than conventional protective concrete, it does not impose an excessive burden on the waterproof layer and the groundwork. Further, since the waterproof layer surface is exposed by simply moving the water storage pan as needed, and the repair / repair work can be performed easily, the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since water is constantly present in the protective layer, the snow melting action is performed even during snowfall, thereby preventing excessive snow accumulation.

The water storage pan according to the present application is preferably formed of a resin material from the viewpoint of weight reduction and cost. Further, the water-permeable water retaining block is preferably formed by using a porous material having fine voids as an aggregate. Examples of such aggregates include granulated materials such as granulated blast furnace slag, waste glass materials, waste ceramic materials, and light volcanic rocks.
The water storage pan needs to be fixed to a waterproof layer or the like as a wind countermeasure, but an adhesive method is desirable in order to easily repair the waterproof layer and the base portion. Mechanical fixation is possible if necessary, but in this case as well, the work of exposing the waterproof surface by removing the water storage pan is much easier than removing the conventional concrete protective layer.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially sectional cutaway view showing a schematic configuration showing one embodiment of a waterproof layer structure S according to the present invention. The waterproof layer structure S includes a waterproof layer 2 stretched on the upper surface of a base 1 such as a rooftop of a building, and a protective layer P provided on the upper surface of the waterproof layer 2. The protective layer P includes a water storage pan 3 which will be described later and a water permeable water retention block 4 which is housed in the water storage pan 3 and which will be described later.
In such a configuration, moisture due to precipitation, irrigation, etc. penetrates into the water permeable water retaining block 4 and is retained there, while water exceeding the water retaining capacity of the water permeable water retaining block 4 overflows and is stored in the water storage pan 3. Then, the water exceeding the storage capacity of the water storage pan 3 is discharged to the outside of the water storage pan 3.

Thus, moisture constantly exists in the protective layer P due to precipitation, irrigation, etc., and an excessive rise in temperature in summer is suppressed. That is, the protective layer P is cooled by the heat of vaporization caused by the evaporation of water from the protective layer P. In addition, since the specific heat of water is large, a rapid change in temperature is relieved by this, and a sudden temperature drop at night is suppressed even in winter.
Further, since water constantly exists in the protective layer P, a snow melting action is performed even during snowfall, and excessive snow accumulation on the rooftop and the like can be prevented, contributing to the maintenance of the building.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the protective layer P. The protective layer P includes a plurality of connected water storage pans 3 and each water storage pan 3 houses a water permeable water retaining block 4 (not shown in FIG. 2). It is like that. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the unit water storage pan 3 in FIG. In the water storage pan 3 to be connected, a side wall 32 in which the ridge portion 31 is formed and a side wall 33 in which the ridge portion 31 is not formed are connected. A slit 35 is formed in the connecting portion 34 between the side wall 32 and the side wall 33 to allow the side wall 33 to be bent and facilitate the storage of the water permeable water retaining block 4 in the water storage pan 3. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 6 denotes a water supply pipe installed at the upper edge of the water storage pan 3 so that water can be appropriately irrigated when water due to rainfall is insufficient.

The water storage pan 3 will be further described with reference to FIG. The water storage pan 3 is substantially square and forms a concave container with four side walls, and the water permeable water retaining block 4 is accommodated in the concave space. As shown in the figure, the ridges 31 are formed on the inner side of the side wall 32, and the side wall 33 facing the side wall has no ridge. In the case of connecting a plurality of water storage pans 3, as shown in FIG. A slit 35 is formed in the connecting portion 34.

In FIG. 3, a water permeable water retaining block 4 to be described later is housed in the recessed space of the water storage pan 3, but the housing is formed on the side of the water permeable water retaining block 4 with the side wall 33 bent in an arcuate shape. The recessed portion is accommodated so as to be engaged with the ridges 31, 31 of the side wall 32. Then, in order to fix the storage of the water-permeable water retaining block 4, wedges are driven into the slit 35 to prevent loosening.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the water-permeable water retaining block. The water permeable water retaining block 4 is formed by using a porous material having fine voids as an aggregate. In this embodiment, granulated materials such as granulated blast furnace slag, waste glass material, waste ceramic material, and lightweight volcanic rock are used as the aggregate. Has been molded.
The water permeable water retaining block 4 includes leg portions 42 formed at the four corners of the main body portion 41, and the water permeable water retaining block 4 is accommodated in the water storage pan 3 through the leg portions 42. As shown in FIG. 6, a water storage space 45 is formed between the inner bottom surface of the water storage pan 3 and the main body 41 by the leg portion 42, thereby providing a cooling effect. A recess 43 is formed on the side surface of the main body 41. As described in paragraph 0018, the recess 43 is adapted to engage with the protrusion 31 of the side wall 32 of the water storage pan 3. A non-woven fabric layer as a water retention member may be provided between the water permeable water retention block 4 and the inner bottom surface of the water storage pan 3.

FIG. 5 is a partially cutaway cross-sectional view showing a related configuration in a connecting portion between the water storage pans 3. The water permeable water retaining blocks 4 and 4 are stored in the water storage pans 3 and 3 according to the procedure described in the paragraph 0018, and further, the slit 35 is formed in the connecting portion 34 to fix the storage of the water permeable water retaining blocks 4. The wedge 5 is driven into the permeable water retaining block 4 to prevent it from coming off.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a water storage space 45 formed in the water storage pan 3. The water storage space 45 is formed between the inner bottom surface of the water storage pan 3 and the water permeable water retention block 4 by the legs 42 of the water permeable water retention block 4. It is formed between the main body 41.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the present invention. The water-permeable water retaining block 4 has a main body portion 41 fixed to an engaging portion 46 provided in the water storage pan 3 by screws 47.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the engaging portion 46 is composed of a base portion 50 erected on the inner bottom of the water storage pan 3 and a fixing portion 60 connected to the top portion of the base portion 50.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the base portion 50. The base portion 50 has a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape, and slits 52 are formed at the boundary portions of the wall surfaces 51 as shown in the drawing. As described above, the fixing portion 60 can be fitted while expanding the wall surfaces 51. Further, the upper end of each wall surface 51 is bent inward so that the fixing portion 60 can be held and fixed as will be described later.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the fixing portion 60. The fixing portion 60 also has a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape, and a recess 61 is formed in the upper portion of the wall surface over the entire circumference. An opening 63 is formed in one of the two pairs of wall surfaces, and the fixing portion 60 is fitted into the base 50 by bending the wall surface having the opening surface.

FIG. 10 is a partial cross-sectional view of the engaging portion 46.
