Abstract
Description
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a solar cell panel repair device and repair method.
In recent years, the introduction of photovoltaic power generation systems has been rapidly increasing in response to the trend of deoiling energy. In a solar power generation system, a solar cell panel is generally said to have a lifetime of 20 to 30 years. Therefore, it is expected that a large number of solar cell panels that have reached the end of their life will occur in the future.
The reason why the solar cell panel reaches the end of its service life is that it cannot be used due to a decrease in electrical characteristics such as electrical insulation and output characteristics. The cause of the decrease in electrical insulation is the deterioration of the back sheet and the sealing material on the back surface of the solar cell panel, and a technique for extending the life by replacing them has been developed. In addition, a method for repairing a scratch on a back sheet with a repair member has been proposed.
On the other hand, one cause of the decrease in output is due to cracks in the soldered portions of the bus bars connecting the silicon (Si) cells. However, since the soldered portion is embedded in the sealing material, it is difficult to repair the solder.
Crystalline Si-based solar cell panels are said to be capable of being reused in terms of performance with little reduction in electrical characteristics. In particular, it is said that the Si cell hardly deteriorates. However, when the solar cell panel reaches the end of its life, most of the electrical cell characteristics are not evaluated, and the solar cell panel with little performance deterioration is discarded as it is. Efforts are being made to evaluate the electrical characteristics of solar cell panels and to reuse solar cell panels that exceed a certain standard, but solar cell panels with reduced output are discarded.
If solar panels that have been used for a certain period of time, which will be generated in large quantities in the future, are repaired and the panels whose performance has been recovered are reused, waste can be reduced significantly. However, a solar cell panel whose output has decreased due to solder cracks due to thermal fatigue has no means for recovering the output and has been difficult to reuse.
Embodiments of the present invention have been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a repair device and a repair method for recovering the output of a solar cell panel that has been used for a certain period of time.
The solar cell panel repair device according to the embodiment includes a DC power source connected to the solar cell panel so as to be energized, a data input unit for inputting information on the solar cell panel, an infrared camera for photographing the solar cell panel, A heating head that emits a laser to a solar cell panel, a thermal image analysis unit that analyzes a heat generation point generated in the solar cell panel by energization from the DC power source from an image captured by the infrared camera, and the solar cell panel A coordinate setting unit for setting a focal coordinate of a laser beam emitted from the heating head according to information and the heat generation point; and a heating head for controlling the position and the aperture of the heating head according to the focal coordinate set by the coordinate setting unit A control unit.
Hereinafter, a solar cell panel repair device and repair method according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a configuration example of a solar cell panel to be repaired by the solar cell panel repair device of the present embodiment.
The
The
The
Here, the cross-sectional schematic diagram of the
The
The
The back surface
The
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of an image captured by an infrared camera. Here, an example of an image (thermal image) obtained by energizing the
In the image photographed by the infrared camera 1, the color changes stepwise between the low temperature portion and the high temperature portion of the
In the
Solder cracks due to thermal fatigue may occur even on printed circuit boards and the like, but when solder cracks occur, the solder is remelted and repaired. However, in the case of the
Therefore, in the repair device for the

The control device 4 includes a thermal image analysis unit 9, a
The thermal image analysis unit 9 receives an image taken by the infrared camera 1, analyzes the position of the solder crack in the
The direct
The coordinate setting
The heating

Then, the repair method of the solar cell panel of this embodiment is demonstrated.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining an example of a method for repairing a solar cell panel according to this embodiment.
First, the user operates the
Subsequently, the IV characteristic measurement unit 14 turns on the simulated
If the maximum output obtained in step ST2 is greater than or equal to the predetermined output, the IV characteristic measurement unit 14 ends without performing repair (step ST3). At this time, for example, the IV characteristic measurement unit 14 displays on the display unit 3 that the process is to be terminated without performing repairs, and notifies the user.
When the maximum output obtained in step ST <b> 2 is less than or equal to the predetermined output, the thermal image analysis unit 9 sends a signal for energizing the
Subsequently, after energizing the
The coordinate setting

Subsequently, the repair
If it is determined in step ST9 that all repairs have not been completed, the coordinates (X, Y, Z) of solder cracks that have not been repaired are output from the coordinate setting
When it is determined in step ST9 that all repairs have been completed, the repair
As described above, according to the solar cell panel repairing method and apparatus of the present embodiment, it is possible to recover the output of the solar cell panel that has been used for a certain period of time and the output is reduced. Recyclables can greatly reduce waste.
That is, according to the repair device and the repair method of the
Since the melting point of the solder is 183 ° C. in the case of eutectic solder, the surrounding sealing resin may be melted or foamed at the temperature at which the solder melts, and the
6 to 8 are diagrams for explaining another example of a method of irradiating a laser by applying a pressing jig to the back surface side of the solar cell panel.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a holding
In addition, when the holding
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, a sealing film FLM may be applied to a portion where the
