Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は生体物質、特に細胞の供給用ノズルに関し、これは、

本発明は、第一の供給導管(30)が近位端面(21)の中に配置され、ノズル開口部(23)と同軸的に混合室(11)へとつながり、第二の供給導管(40)が、遠位端面(22)において混合室(11)へと横方向に、特に接線方向につながる入口開口部(42)を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (21)
- −近位端面(21)と、前記近位端面(21)から離間された遠位端面(22)とによって範囲が定められる混合室(11)と、
−前記遠位端面(22)に形成された少なくとも1つのノズル開口部(23)と、
−前記混合室(11)へとつながる少なくとも2つの供給導管(30、40、50)と、
を有する生体物質、特に細胞の供給用ノズルにおいて、
第一の供給導管(30)が前記近位端面(21)の中に配置され、前記ノズル開口部(23)と同軸的に前記混合室(11)へとつながり、第二の供給導管(40)が、前記遠位端面(22)において前記混合室(11)へと横方向に、特に接線方向につながる入口開口部(42)を有することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記混合室(11)の長さLが最大でも500μm、特に最大でも250μm、特に最大でも150μm、特に最大でも100μm、特に最大でも75μm、特に最大でも50μm、特に最大でも30μmであることを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1または2に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記横方向の入口開口部(42)の深さTが前記混合室(11)の長さLに対応することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、

前記供給導管(30、40、50)が、導管収容部(60)に形成され、および/または前記ノズル開口部(23)がノズル板(20)に形成され、前記混合室(11)が特にノズル板(20)の中または、前記ノズル板(20)と前記導管収容部(60)の間に配置された混合室板(10)に形成されることを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
少なくとも1つの温度制御用導管(90)が、少なくとも1つの供給導管(30、40、50)を通って流れる流体に対して温度制御を行うことができるように設置され、前記温度制御用導管(90)が特に供給ラインと戻りラインを、閉鎖的温度制御回路が形成されるように接続することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記ノズル板(20)の遠位側に接続され、前記ノズル開口部(23)と同軸的に配置された少なくとも1つの噴霧器板(80)が設置され、少なくとも1つの噴霧器導管(81)が前記噴霧器板(80)に形成され、前記噴霧器開口部(82)を気体供給導管(70)に接続し、好ましくは前記噴霧器開口部(82)へと接線方向につながることを特徴とするノズル。 - 近位端面(21)と前記近位端面(21)から離間された遠位端面(22)とによって範囲が定められた混合室(11)と、前記遠位端面(22)に配置された少なくとも1つのノズル開口部(23)とを有する医用ノズルにおいて、
前記混合室(11)が、前記混合室(11)へと横方向に、特に接線方向につながる少なくとも2つの入口開口部(42、52)を有する実質的に円柱形の内側形状を有し、この入口開口部(42、52)が各々について、供給導管(40、50)に流体接続され、前記入口開口部(42、52)が異なる断面積または同じ断面積を有することを特徴とするノズル。 - 請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載のノズルにおいて、
前記入口開口部(42、52)の断面積が、前記供給ライン(30)の断面積より小さくなるように形成されていることを特徴とするノズル。 - 前記混合室(11)に異なる容量流量で、または同じ容量流量で流入する少なくとも2種類の流体を混合するための請求項13または14に記載のノズルの使用において、前記流体が実質的に同じ平均流入速度で前記混合室(11)に流入するように、前記入口開口部(42、52)の断面積の比が容量流量の比に対応することを特徴とする使用。
- 請求項13または14に記載の医用ノズルによって少なくとも2種類の流体を混合する方法において、前記流体が異なる容量流量で前記混合室(11)に流入する場合、前記流体が実質的に同じ平均流入速度で前記混合室(11)に流入するように、前記入口開口部(42、52)の断面積の比が容量流量の比に対応することを特徴する方法。
- 請求項1乃至16の何れか1項に記載のノズルを備えることを特徴とする医療機器、特に外科手術用器具。
