Description

The present invention relates to a percutaneous absorption type tape for improving excretion odor or body odor itself and caring for a care odor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a transdermally absorbable tape for improving the excretion odor or body odor itself and caring for a care odor by containing a specific monoterpenol as an aromatic substance.

In an environment where care recipients and caregivers coexist, “care odor” is one of the issues that needs to be improved. Nursing care odor includes, for example, excretion odor caused by fecal odor or urine odor, body odor caused by bad breath, tumor odor, etc., and its solution is not easy.

Excretion odor care is based on the rapid removal of odor-causing excrement, but it is difficult to always carry out detailed and prompt treatment at all nursing care sites. Body odor care requires the caregiver himself to improve the internal environment itself, and advanced care equivalent to or higher than the excretion odor is required.

Methods for suppressing the care odor have been studied conventionally. For example, Patent Document 1 has a carpet having a deodorizing function, Patent Document 2 has a deodorizing liquid composition, Patent Document 3 has a fragrance substance, a plant-derived deodorizing component, and cyclohexane. Deodorant mixed with dextrin is provided.

However, since deodorizers require a certain period of time to exhibit their effects, coexistence with excretion odor and body odor is inevitable. Moreover, since the fragrance occupies the space in the deodorant material using the fragrance material, there is a possibility that it may be annoying to others when the individual difference in the fragrance taste is taken into consideration. Above all, deodorization and masking with aroma has not led to improvement in the care odor itself.

Although patent document 4 is not aimed at the care odor care, in order to improve the body odor itself which is generated, rose otto aromatic substances (linalool, citronellol, geraniol, etc.) are orally ingested as food and drink and absorbed from the intestinal tract and oral mucosa. Therefore, the present invention provides an oral body odor inhibitor that releases aromatic substances as sweat or water vapor from sweat glands and cell gaps on the skin.
Since this oral body odor suppressant contains a fragrance component in the generated sweat itself, an effect of improving the body odor itself released from the whole body can be expected. However, since the release of fragrances by oral body odor inhibitors is poorly sustained, it must be taken multiple times a day.

Oral preparations are easy to take for healthy people, but difficult for swallowing. Non-patent document 1 reports that 40% of elderly people requiring care have dysphagia. In consideration of care odor care for dysphagia patients, it is necessary to expand the dosage form different from oral preparations, and in particular, it is necessary to expand external preparations that are easy to use continuously.

As mentioned above, for the purpose of care odor care, percutaneous absorption is expected to improve the excretion odor or body odor itself, which is the cause of care odor, and the effect is sustainable and easy to use for people with dysphagia Development of a type care odor care tape was desired.

The blending amount of the specific monoterpenol including geraniol used in the transdermal absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 10 w / w% of the total blending amount of the tape, More preferably, it is 1-5 w / w%. If the blending amount of monoterpenol is less than 1 w / w%, it is not preferable because a sufficient fragrance for showing a care odor improving effect cannot be felt from causative substances such as urine and sweat. Moreover, since there exists a possibility of causing skin irritation and skin sensitization when the compounding quantity of monoterpenol is more than 5 w / w%, it is not preferable.

The percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is a tape composed of three layers of a base, a support and a release material. The blending amount of the terpene resin used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 10 to 20 w / w% of the entire blending amount of the tape. When the blending amount of the terpene resin is less than 10 w / w%, sufficient tackiness cannot be obtained, and problems such as peeling off or peeling of the tape agent occur, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the blending amount of the terpene resin is more than 20 w / w%, the adhesiveness to the skin is too strong, and physical irritation at the time of rash or peeling may occur, which is not preferable.

Examples of the non-aqueous adhesive compounding component used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention include a rubber adhesive and an acrylic adhesive. Examples of the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention include natural rubber, synthetic isoprene rubber, styrene-isoprene-styrene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene rubber, polyisobutylene, Examples thereof include polyisoprene and polybutyl rubber, and it is preferable to use at least one kind. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is, for example, in the range of 60 to 95 w / w% of the alkyl (meth) acrylate having 4 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, An acrylic copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 5 to 40 w / w% can be used. The amount of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 70 to 95 w / w% of the total amount of the tape, Preferably it is 75-90 w / w%. If the blending amount of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 75 w / w%, sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the blending amount is more than 90 w / w%, the adhesiveness to the skin is too strong, and there is a risk of causing physical irritation when rashing or peeling off.

Examples of the softening agent used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention as needed include liquid paraffin, polybutene, liquid polyisobutylene, castor oil, lanolin and the like. Moreover, the absorption promoter used as needed for the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is, for example, l-menthol, 2-ethyl-1,3-hexanediol, glycols, fats and oils, polar solvents, and the like. Is mentioned. Furthermore, examples of the antioxidant used as needed in the transdermal absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention include dibutylhydroxytoluene.

The percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is produced by a conventional method of a conventionally known tape. The method for producing the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it undergoes a process of uniformly mixing monoterpenol, but the typical production method is, for example, monoterpenol and the remaining combination Examples include a solvent method in which components are dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a uniform dissolved product, and a hot melt method in which monoterpenol and the remaining blended components are heated and mixed to obtain a uniform melt. The melt and melt obtained by these methods may be applied to the surface of an appropriate support, and a release material may be applied for the purpose of covering the adhesive layer of the tape preparation until use and cut into a desired shape.

The stretchable or non-stretchable support used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention preferably does not affect the release of monoterpenol, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutadiene, and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. , Synthetic resin films such as polyvinyl chloride, polyester, nylon, and polyurethane, paper, cloth, and nonwoven fabric.

Examples of the release material used in the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention include a paper coated with a polymer material film such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyester, and silicone oil.

When the thickness of the adhesive layer of the percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape of the present invention becomes thin, it may not contain a necessary amount of monoterpenol, and if it becomes thick, there is a possibility that the followability to the skin may be lowered. Therefore, 10-300 micrometers is preferable.
