Description

The present invention is a transdermal absorption type that satisfies both moisture permeability for ensuring safety and adhesiveness, which is a basic characteristic of a tape preparation, and does not impair the feeling of use at the time of application, in order to realize body odor care of a care recipient The present invention relates to a body odor care tape. More specifically, the present invention contains a specific monoterpenol as a fragrance component, and comprises a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that have been subjected to a half-cut processing treatment having a specific shape, and thereby ensure safety. The present invention relates to a transdermal absorbable body odor care tape that satisfies both wettability and adhesiveness, which is a basic property of a tape, and does not impair the feeling of use at the time of application.

In the field of elderly care, one of the issues that needs improvement is the smell of the cared person. This smell can be roughly classified into excretion odor and body odor.
Excretion odor care is premised on the cooperation of caregivers, but removal of excrement that causes odors is fundamental and specific measures exist. On the other hand, in the body odor care, the cared person himself / herself has the cause of the odor, so it is difficult to remove the causative substance, and the body odor itself generated from the cared person needs to be improved.

As a method for improving body odor itself, for example, Patent Document 1 provides a body odor ameliorating agent for ingestion that improves body odor by ingesting an oral preparation containing an aromatic component as a body odor improving substance and releasing the substance from the body surface. doing. However, this drug, which is an oral preparation, is intended for healthy people, and it is not easy for an elderly care recipient who is generally concerned about a decrease in swallowing ability to take it continuously.

Therefore, Patent Document 2 provides a percutaneous absorption type care odor care tape having a percutaneous absorption route of an aromatic component. Percutaneous absorption tape is easy to apply to people with difficulty in swallowing, but it may cause skin problems because it is applied directly to the skin of elderly care recipients who are concerned about the deterioration of the barrier function. .

In general, if the tape has insufficient moisture permeability, sweat will accumulate between the skin surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer due to perspiration, causing skin irritation. Therefore, high moisture permeability is required to ensure safety. . On the other hand, there is a possibility that the adhesiveness, which is a basic characteristic of the tape agent that maintains the applied state without peeling off from the skin surface, is impaired by increasing the moisture permeability. For this reason, the design which balances moisture permeability and adhesiveness is required.

As an attempt to achieve both moisture permeability and adhesiveness, for example, Patent Document 3 performs perforation processing on a tape. In this perforation treatment, the adhesiveness is maintained because it is not necessary to change the composition of the pressure sensitive adhesive itself by improving the moisture permeability by providing a large number of through holes in the support. However, in the perforation process, it is inevitable to form a melted part around each through-hole, and there is a new problem that a feeling of strangeness occurs at the time of sticking and the feeling of use is impaired.

As mentioned above, for the purpose of caring for the body odor of a cared person, it satisfies both moisture permeability for ensuring safety and adhesiveness, which is a basic characteristic of tape, and does not impair the feeling of use when applied. The development of an absorption-type body odor care tape was desired.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors are composed of a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a specific monoterpenol as an aromatic component and subjected to a half-cut processing treatment having a specific shape. It was found that a transdermal absorbable body odor care tape agent that satisfies both moisture permeability for ensuring safety and adhesiveness, which is a basic property of the tape agent, and does not impair the feeling of use can be obtained. Based on this, the present invention has been completed.
That is, this invention is shown to the following (1) to (3).

The “body odor” of the present invention means a gas odor released from the body such as scalp odor, halitosis, habit odor, foot odor, aging odor and tumor odor, or a liquid odor released from the body such as saliva and sweat.

The “body odor care” of the present invention means that an aromatic component is added innately to a gas odor or liquid odor released from the body, and the body odor itself released outside the body is masked with the fragrance component.

The “moisture permeability” of the present invention means a unit area through which the test tape agent passes and an amount of water vapor per unit time. It was judged that the moisture permeability was satisfied when the moisture permeability was 300 g / m 2 · 24 h or more.

The “adhesiveness” of the present invention means that the test tape prepared by cutting the test tape into a length of 50 mm and a width of 25 mm is quickly attached to one end of a SUS304 steel plate according to the provisions of JIS G 4305. This means the stress when the test tape agent is reciprocated twice at a speed of 10 mm / sec using a rubber roller and is peeled off at an angle of 180 ° at a speed of 5 mm per second. The case where the adhesive strength was in the range of 4700-8300 mN / 25 mm was judged to satisfy the adhesiveness.

The “use feeling at the time of sticking” of the present invention means an evaluation when the test tape agent is attached to a subject and the feeling of use related to the sticking feeling is sensory evaluated 30 minutes and 6 hours after the sticking. It was determined that the feeling of use was not impaired when the number of subjects complaining of discomfort at the time of application was 1 or less out of 5 subjects at any time.

Examples of the monoterpenol used in the transdermal absorbable body odor care tape of the present invention include citronellol, geraniol, linalool, nerol, terpineol, carveol, terpinen-4-ol, menthol, borneol, nerol, and the like. The amount of monoterpenol used in the transdermal absorption body odor care tape of the present invention is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 10 w / w%, more preferably 1 to 5 w / w of the total amount of tape. %. When the blending amount of monoterpenol is less than 0.1 w / w%, it is not preferable because sufficient fragrance for caring for body odor cannot be contained in body odor. Moreover, since there exists a possibility of causing skin irritation and skin sensitization when the compounding quantity of monoterpenol is more than 10 w / w%, it is not preferable.

The percutaneous absorption type body odor care tape of the present invention is a tape composed of three layers of an adhesive base, a support and a release film.

Two or more types can be used in combination. The blending amount of the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 25 to 35 w / w% of the total blending amount of the tape base. When the blending amount of the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 25 w / w%, sufficient adhesiveness cannot be obtained, and problems such as peeling off and peeling of the tape agent occur, which is not preferable. Moreover, when there are more compounding quantities of a rubber-type adhesive than 35 w / w%, since the adhesiveness to skin increases excessively and a physical irritation | stimulation at the time of a rash and peeling may generate | occur | produce, it is unpreferable.

As the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, for example, the blending amount of alkyl (meth) acrylate having 4 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group is in the range of 45 to 95 w / w% of the total blending amount of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Examples thereof include acrylic copolymers whose amount is in the range of 5 to 55 w / w%. The blending amount of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited, but is preferably in the range of 70 to 99 w / w% of the total blending amount of the tape agent, and more preferably 75 to 97 w / w%. If the blending amount of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 70 w / w%, sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the blending amount is more than 99 w / w%, the adhesiveness to the skin is excessively increased, and physical irritation at the time of rash or peeling may occur, which is not preferable.

The percutaneous absorption type body odor care tape of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned essential components, various components that are allowed in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals within the range not impairing the effects of the present invention, that is, softener, transdermal absorption promotion An agent, an antioxidant and the like can be appropriately blended.

A moisture permeability measurement test was performed by the method shown.
In the moisture permeability measurement test, the measurement method was set with reference to JIS L1099 A-1 method (calcium chloride method).
As a hygroscopic agent, 8.0 g of calcium chloride is packed into a weighing bottle with a diameter of 3.0 cm and a height of 3.0 cm, and the weighing bottle is vibrated to make it uniform, and then the surface is flattened. The distance was adjusted to 3 mm. Next, the release film was peeled off from the test tape agent (3.5 × 5.0 cm), and the exposed adhesive layer was applied to the hygroscopic agent so as to be concentric with the weighing bottle, and the side surfaces were fixed. This specimen was placed in a constant temperature / humidity apparatus having a temperature of 40 ± 2 ° C. and a humidity of 90 ± 5% RH. One hour later, the test specimen was taken out and the mass (a1) was measured immediately. After the measurement, the test specimen was placed at the same position in the constant temperature / humidity device, and after 24 hours, the test specimen was taken out, the mass (a2) was measured immediately, and the moisture permeability was obtained from Equation 1.
(Formula 1)
Moisture permeability (g / m 2 · 24h) = mass change per 24 hours (a2-a1 (g / 24h)) / moisture permeable area (m 2 )
