Claims (7)
- 液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のための内接型ギヤポンプであって、軸受(5)内に回転可能に支承された、内歯を備えたリングギヤ(3)と、外歯を備えたピニオン(2)とを有しており、該ピニオン(2)は、前記リングギヤ(3)内に偏心的に配置され、1つの周方向区分内で前記リングギヤ(3)と噛み合っており、前記ピニオン(2)が前記リングギヤ(3)と噛み合う前記周方向区分に向き合って、前記ピニオン(2)と前記リングギヤ(3)との間に鎌形のポンプ室(6)が形成されており、該ポンプ室(6)内に分離部材(7)が配置されていて、該分離部材(7)が、前記ピニオン(2)および前記リングギヤ(3)の歯列の歯先に当接し、かつ前記ポンプ室(6)を吸入室(8)と吐出室(9)とに分離している形式のものにおいて、
前記分離部材(7)が半径方向に可動であって、前記軸受(5)が旋回軸線を中心にして旋回可能に支承されており、前記旋回軸線がリングギヤ(3)の回転軸線に対して偏心的に配置されていることで、内接型ギヤポンプ(1)の駆動時に前記ポンプ室(6)内に形成され、かつ内方から前記リングギヤ(3)に作用する、内接型ギヤポンプ(1)により圧送される流体の圧力が、前記リングギヤ(3)を介して、該リングギヤ(3)を外方から前記分離部材(7)に向かって押圧するモーメントを前記軸受(5)に加えるようになっていることを特徴とする、液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置用の内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記軸受(5)の旋回軸線が、前記リングギヤ(3)の回転軸線に対して偏心的に扇形内に配置されており、前記扇形を画定する複数の半径が、前記リングギヤ(3)の回転軸線において交差し、かつ前記分離部材(7)の外周面側の端部(15)から間隔を保って延在しており、内部に前記リングギヤ(3)の軸受(5)の旋回軸線が配置されている前記扇形を画定する吸入室側の半径が、前記分離部材(7)の内側で該分離部材(7)の吸入室側の端部の近傍に延在しており、内部に前記リングギヤ(3)の軸受(5)の旋回軸線が配置されている前記扇形を画定する吐出室側の半径が、前記分離部材(7)の外側で前記分離部材(7)の吐出室側の端部の近傍で前記吐出室(9)を通って延在している、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が旋回可能であって、前記軸受(5)の旋回軸線が扇形内に配置されていて、該扇形の吸入室側を画定する半径が、前記リングギヤ(3)の回転軸線および前記分離部材(7)の旋回軸線と交差している、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が旋回可能であって、前記軸受(5)の旋回軸線が扇形内に配置されていて、該扇形の吸入室側を画定する半径が、前記分離部材(7)の旋回軸線の吐出室側に延在している、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受が軸受リング(5)を有しており、該軸受リング(5)内に前記リングギヤ(3)が滑り軸受けされている、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が周方向で不動である、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記分離部材(7)が一体的である、請求項1に記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
