Abstract
【解決手段】基質1としてのリグノセルロース系バイオマスを糖化する前に前処理を施して、基質1からリグニン5が解離され、又は基質1が膨潤された糖化前処理物において、基質1は細孔を備え、細孔全体の60〜80%の範囲の細孔が10〜50nmの範囲の直径を有する。糖化前処理物の製造方法は、基質1とアンモニア水とを混合して得られた基質混合物を所定温度に所定時間保持して、基質1を構成するヘミセルロース4のうち、7.8×103〜2.0×106の分子量を備えるヘミセルロース4の少なくとも一部を遊離させる。

Description
図4から、本実施例の糖化前処理物によれば、比較例の稲藁に対して、格段に優れた糖化率を得ることができ、前記前処理のみで効率よく酵素糖化処理を行うことができることが明らかである。
Claims (4)
- 基質としてのリグノセルロース系バイオマスを糖化する前に前処理を施して、該基質からリグニンが解離され、又は該基質が膨潤された糖化前処理物において、
該基質の有する細孔全体の60〜80%の範囲の細孔が10〜50nmの範囲の直径を備えることを特徴とするリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物。 - 基質としてのリグノセルロース系バイオマスを糖化する前に前処理を施して、該基質からリグニンが解離され、又は該基質が膨潤された糖化前処理物の製造方法において、
該基質とアンモニア水とを混合して得られた基質混合物を所定温度に所定時間保持して、該基質を構成するヘミセルロースのうち、7.8×103〜2.0×106の範囲の分子量を備えるヘミセルロースの少なくとも一部を遊離させ、
該基質に10〜50nmの範囲の直径を有する細孔を形成すると共に、該範囲の直径を備える細孔を該基質の有する細孔全体の60〜80%の範囲とすることを特徴とするリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載のリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物の製造方法において、前記基質混合物は、前記基質と、20〜30質量%の範囲の濃度のアンモニア水とを、基質:アンモニア水=1:0.7〜1:4の質量比で混合してなることを特徴とするリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載のリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物の製造方法において、前記基質混合物を25〜100℃の範囲の温度に、1〜100時間の範囲の時間保持することを特徴とするリグノセルロース系バイオマスの糖化前処理物の製造方法。
