内釜収納部を有し、蓋体により開閉される本体と、
前記内釜収納部に着脱自在に収納される内釜と、
高周波磁界を発生し、前記内釜を誘導加熱する加熱コイルとを備え、
前記内釜には、少なくともその外周面に、断熱性を有する弾性体が設けられており、
前記弾性体には、前記本体の前記内釜収納部の内周面と前記内釜の外周面との間の隙間を閉塞する環状突起が備えられていることを特徴とする炊飯器。
