Abstract
【解決手段】充電回路としての過電圧印加防止回路12は、出力電圧遮断回路16と出力電圧抑制回路18を備える。出力電圧抑制回路18は充電器10の出力電圧を一定の抑制電圧Vregに抑制する。出力電圧遮断回路16は充電器10の出力電圧が基準電圧Vrefを超えると充電経路を遮断する。出力電圧抑制回路18での電力消費を、出力電圧遮断回路16による遮断で低減する。

Claims (3)
- 電源により二次電池を充電する充電回路であって、
前記電源に接続され、前記電源の出力電圧が所定の基準電圧を超えた場合に充電経路を遮断する出力電圧遮断回路と、
前記出力電圧遮断回路と前記二次電池との間に接続され、前記電源の出力電圧を所定の抑制電圧に規制する出力電圧抑制回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする充電回路。 - 請求項1記載の充電回路において、
前記基準電圧は、前記抑制電圧以下に設定されることを特徴とする充電回路。 - 請求項1,2のいずれかに記載の充電回路において、
前記出力電圧遮断回路は、前記電源が前記基準電圧を超えた場合にオフするMOSFETで構成され、
前記出力電圧抑制回路は、シリーズレギュレータで構成される
ことを特徴とする充電回路。
