It is a surface view which shows the external appearance shape of the sheet | seat for cooking by 1st Embodiment of this invention. It is the schematic diagram which showed a part of process which shows the manufacturing method of the foodstuff using the sheet | seat for cooking shown in FIG. It is the schematic diagram which showed the other part of the process which shows the manufacturing method of a foodstuff following the process of FIG. It is the schematic diagram which showed further another part of the process which shows the manufacturing method of a foodstuff following the process of FIG. It is the schematic diagram which showed another part of the process which shows the manufacturing method of a foodstuff following the process of FIG. It is a front view which shows the external appearance shape of the sheet | seat for cooking by 2nd Embodiment of this invention, Comprising: It is a figure corresponding to FIG. 1 of 1st Embodiment. It is the schematic diagram which showed the conventional manufacturing process of the omelet rice.

FIG. 1 is a surface view showing the appearance of a cooking sheet according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to the drawing, cooking sheet 10 is made of a single aluminum foil (15 μm), and is opposed to cooking area 20 on which food can be placed on upper surface 11 at the end of cooking area 20. It consists of a pair of one knob | pick area | region 31 and the other knob | pick area | region 32 which are formed so that it may extend outward from each of a pair of one end part 21 and the other end part 22. In use, the cooking region 20 of the cooking sheet 10 is placed and used on the bottom surface on the inner side of a frying pan (cooking utensil) described later.

If comprised in this way, since the opening and closing and expansion | deployment of the cooking sheet 10 will become easy by the one picking area | region 31 and the other picking area | region 32, handling of the foodstuff on the cooking sheet 10 will become easy.

A silicon coat is applied to one surface of the cooking sheet 10 corresponding to the upper surface 11 of the cooking sheet 10. If comprised in this way, a foodstuff will be hard to stick to the sheet | seat 10 for cooking.

Each of the picking region 31 (one end portion of the cooking sheet 10) and the other picking region 32 (the other end portion of the cooking sheet 10) is formed in a protruding shape. If comprised in this way, the part to pick can be recognized clearly and the picking ease will improve.

The distance A from the outermost end portion of one picking region 31 to the outermost end portion of the other picking region 32 is set to 360 mm. Moreover, the cooking area | region 20 has circular shape, and the diameter B is set to 250 mm. The effect by having comprised in this way is mentioned later.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a part of a process showing a method for producing food using the cooking sheet shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a method for producing food following the process of FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing another part of the process, FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing still another part of the process showing the food production method following the process of FIG. 3, and FIG. It is the schematic diagram which showed another part of the process which shows the manufacturing method of a foodstuff following the process of FIG.

Note that (1b) in FIG. 2 is an end view of the II (1b) -II (1b) line shown in (1a) in FIG. FIG. 2 (2b) with respect to FIG. 2 (2a), FIG. 3 (1b) with respect to FIG. 3 (1a), FIG. 3 (2b) with respect to FIG. 3 (2a), FIG. The same applies to (1b) in FIG. 4 for (1a) in FIG. 4, (2b) in FIG. 4 to (2a) in FIG. 4, and (1b) in FIG. 5 to (1a) in FIG.

First, referring to (1a) and (1b) of FIG. 2, the cooking sheet 10 is placed on the bottom surface 41 on the inner side of the frying pan 40. The frying pan 40 has a round shape, and the inner diameter of the edge 43, which is a size generally used in the home, is 26 cm, the diameter of the bottom surface 41 is set to 20 cm, and the depth is set to 5 cm. It is what.

Then, since the distance A shown in FIG. 1 is set to 360 mm, each of the one picking region 31 and the other picking region 32 protrudes about 3 cm above the edge 43 of the frying pan 40. The effect by having comprised in this way is mentioned later.

。   In addition, since the diameter B is set to 250 mm, the cooking sheet 10 has a size that allows the cooking region 20 to cover a range including a part of the inner side of the side surface 42 of the frying pan 40 in addition to the bottom surface 41. It is to be formed. If comprised in this way, it will become possible to run the outer peripheral part 24 of the cooking area | region 20 along the side surface 42 of the frying pan 40, Therefore A foodstuff becomes difficult to spill into the inside of the frying pan 40 by the surrounding weir effect (that is, cooking with the frying pan 40 and cooking). It becomes difficult to spill between the sheet 10 for use.)

Then, with reference to (2a) and (2b) of FIG. 2, the melted egg poured into the cooking sheet 10 by the outer peripheral portion 24 does not flow into the inside of the frying pan 40 beyond the edge of the cooking sheet 10. In the range of the cooking region 20, the thinly baked egg 51 (sheet-like food material) is manufactured.

Next, with reference to (1a) and (1b) of FIG. 3, the rice 57 (inclusion) is arrange | positioned in the center part 53 of the upper surface 52 of the thin grilled egg 51. FIG. The central portion 53 faces each of the one picking area 31 and the other picking area 32.

Then, referring to (2a) and (2b) of FIG. 3, one picking area 31 and the other picking area 32 are picked and faced each other, the cooking sheet 10 is closed, and the rice 57 is wrapped with the thinly baked eggs 51. The integrated object 59 is used. At this time, as described above, each of the one picking region 31 and the other picking region 32 protrudes upward from the edge 43 of the frying pan 40. Each is easy to pick.

Then, by pulling upward while keeping one picking region 31 and the other picking region 32 facing each other, the cooking sheet 10 in a closed state is pulled up from the frying pan 40 together with the integrated object 59.

Next, referring to (1a) and (1b) in FIG. 4, the pulled-up cooking sheet 10 is placed on the upper surface 48 at a position near the end of the flat plate 47 (tableware) in a closed state.

Then, referring to (1a), (1b), (2a) and (2b) of FIG. 4, the one picking region 31 located on the side of the central portion 49 of the flat plate 47 on the upper surface 48 of the flat plate 47. The cooking sheet 10 on the side is unfolded toward the central portion 49 side, and the integrated object 59 is rotated halfway toward the one picking region 31 side.

Then, referring to (1a) and (1b) of FIG. 5, the overlapping portion of the one end portion 54 and the other end portion 55 of the thin baked egg 51 in the integrated object 59 becomes downward, and the upper surface 48 of the flat plate 47 and the rice 57 It will be located between. In this state, the turner 45 is used to bring the integrated object 59 toward the central portion 49 of the flat plate 47, and the other picking area 32 of the cooking sheet 10 is pulled away from the flat plate 47 so that the flat plate 47 and the integrated object 59 are separated. The cooking sheet 10 is removed from the space, and the monolith 59 is defined as an omelet 60 (food) shown in FIG. In this way, the manufacturing process of the omelet rice 60 is completed.

With this configuration, when the cooking sheet 10 is closed, the rice 57 is automatically wrapped in the thinly baked egg 51 and the one-piece 59 is easily rotated halfway away from the frying pan 40, so that the omelet rice 60 can be manufactured. It becomes easy.

FIG. 6 is a front view showing the external shape of the cooking sheet according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG. 1 of the first embodiment.

Referring to the drawing, the cooking sheet 110 has a wedge shape in which each of the one picking region 131 and the other picking region 132 is widened toward the cooking region 120 in the cooking sheet 10 of the first embodiment. It has been replaced with the one formed. In addition, since the component of the other sheet | seat 110 for cooking is the same as that by 1st Embodiment, description here is not repeated.

If comprised in this way, the range of the boundary of the cooking area | region 120 and each of the one picking area | region 131 and the other picking area | region 132 will spread, and the intensity | strength of the cooking sheet 110 whole will improve.
