Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも一つのプラスチック材料(M1,M2)を押し出すためのノズル(2a)を備える押出ヘッド(2)と、前記押出ヘッド(2)内に形成され、前記噴射ノズル(2a)に第一のプラスチック材料(M1)を供給する第一のダクト(5)と、前記押出ヘッド(2)内に形成され、前記噴射ノズル(2a)に第二のプラスチック材料(M2)を供給する第二のダクト(6)と、前記噴射ノズル(2a)に近接して配置された選択要素(8)と、を有し、前記選択要素(8)は、前記第一のダクト(5)を通じて前記第一のプラスチック材料(M1)を供給できるようにするために前記第二のダクト(6)を遮断する第一の作動状態と、前記第二のダクト(6)を通じて前記第二のプラスチック材料(M2)を供給できるようにするために前記第一のダクト(5)を遮断する第二の作動状態と、を切り替えるように適合されている押出成形装置。

Claims (10)
- 特にプラスチック材料のための押出成形装置であって、
少なくとも一つのプラスチック材料(M1,M2)を押し出すためのノズル(2a)を備える押出ヘッド(2)と、
前記押出ヘッド(2)内に形成され、前記噴射ノズル(2a)に第一のプラスチック材料(M1)を供給する第一のダクト(5)と、
前記押出ヘッド(2)内に形成され、前記噴射ノズル(2a)に第二のプラスチック材料(M2)を供給する第二のダクト(6)と、
前記噴射ノズル(2a)に近接して配置された選択要素(8)と、を有し、
前記選択要素(8)は、前記第一のダクト(5)を通じて前記第一のプラスチック材料(M1)を供給できるようにするために前記第二のダクト(6)を遮断する第一の作動状態と、前記第二のダクト(6)を通じて前記第二のプラスチック材料(M2)を供給できるようにするために前記第一のダクト(5)を遮断する第二の作動状態と、を切り替えるように適合されていることを特徴とする押出成形装置。 - 前記第一及び第二のダクト(5,6)は、
前記噴射ノズル(2a)に近接し、前記選択要素(8)内に形成された共通の末端延長部(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記選択要素(8)は、押出ヘッド(2)の空洞(4)に回転可能に挿入された実質的な筒状体(9)と、
第一の作動状態と第二の作動状態の移行時に前記筒状体(9)を前後軸を中心に回転させるために、前記筒状体(9)に適切に結合されたアクチュエーター(17)と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記アクチュエーター(17)は、往復運動により筒状体(9)を回転させ、第一及び第二の材料(M1,M2)を交互に押出成形することで、複合材料による単一の成形体(P)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3に記載の装置。
- 前記共通の末端延長部(7)は、筒状体(9)の前記噴射ノズル(2a)に近接する端部(9a)の外壁(10)に設けられた少なくとも一つの溝(11)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記選択要素(8)の第一の作動状態において、前記溝(11)は前記第一のダクト(5)及び前記噴射ノズル(2a)と流体連通し、
前記選択要素(8)の第二の作動状態において、前記溝(11)は前記第二のダクト(6)及び前記噴射ノズル(2a)と流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載の装置。 - 前記筒状体(9)の外壁(10)は、前記溝(11)に近接して配置された少なくとも一つの表面部(12)を有し、
前記表面部(12)は、前記選択要素(8)の第一の作動状態において、前記第二のダクト(6)を遮断して、第二の材料(M2)が前記噴射ノズル(2a)に向かって通過するのを防ぎ、前記選択要素(8)の第二の作動状態において、前記第一のダクト(5)を遮断して、第一の材料(M1)が前記噴射ノズル(2a)に向かって通過するのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1〜6に記載の装置。 - 前記共通の末端延長部(7)は、
前記筒状体(9)の外壁(10)に形成され、対応するダクト(5,6)に一致する材料(M1,M2)のそれぞれの入口部(13)によって互いに間隔が開けられている複数の溝(11)と、
円形であり、前記噴射ノズル(2a)を形成する、材料(M1,M2)の共通の出口部(14)と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7に記載の装置。 - 前記ダクト(5,6)は、
外周路に沿って配置され、共通の末端延長部(7)に面する一連の分岐路(15a,15b)をそれぞれ有し、
前記第一のダクト(5)の分岐路(15a)と前記第二のダクト(6)の分岐路(15b)は交互に配置されており、それぞれ前記溝(11)または前記表面部(12)に選択的に面していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8に記載の装置。 - プラスチック材料の押出成形方法であって、
第一のダクト(5)内の第一の材料(M1)を噴射ノズル(2a)に供給する工程と、
第二のダクト(6)内の第一の材料(M2)を噴射ノズル(2a)に供給する工程と、
複合材料による単一の成形体(P)を得るために、噴射ノズル(2a)から射出される第一及び第二の材料(M1,M2)を交互に押出成形する工程と、
第一及び第二の材料(M1,M2)の供給圧を一定に保つために、前記材料の分配圧を制御する工程と、を有することを特徴とする押出成形方法。
