Claims (26)
- ツール本体と、

を備える複合材補修テンプレートツール。 - 前記ツール本体上の定規エッジ及び該定規エッジに沿って前記ツール本体上に複数の定規マーキングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記ツール本体は概して三角形である、請求項2に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジとをつなぐ隅部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記凹湾曲エッジと前記定規エッジとをつなぐ隅部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記定規エッジと前記凸湾曲エッジとをつなぐ隅部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジとをつなぐ第1の隅部、前記凹湾曲エッジと前記定規エッジとをつなぐ第2の隅部、及び前記定規エッジと前記凸湾曲エッジとをつなぐ第3の隅部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジとをつなぐ切り欠きのある隅部、及び前記定規エッジと前記凸湾曲エッジとをつなぐ切り詰められた隅部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 損傷サイズ測定用開口部を有する位置合わせテンプレートと、
前記位置合わせテンプレートによって保持され、複数の同心円状の損傷サイズ測定用開口部を有し、それぞれ前記位置合わせテンプレートの前記損傷サイズ測定用開口部を見当合わせする複数の損傷サイズ測定用シートと、
それぞれ前記複数の損傷サイズ測定用シートを介して前記位置合わせテンプレートから徐々に直径が小さくなる損傷サイズ測定用開口部と
を備える複合材補修ツール。 - 前記位置合わせテンプレート上の少なくとも1つの位置合わせマーキング及び前記複数の損傷サイズ測定用シートの各々の上の少なくとも1つの位置合わせ検査用開口部をさらに備え、前記位置合わせマーキングにより見当合わせを行う、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの位置合わせマーキングは少なくとも1つの色付きドットを備える、請求項10に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記複数の損傷サイズ測定用シートそれぞれに複数のシート取り外しタブをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記損傷サイズ測定用シートは前記位置合わせテンプレートから次第にサイズが小さくなる、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記損傷サイズ測定用シートのうちの少なくとも1つは切り詰められた隅部を有する、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記損傷サイズ測定用シートはくぼんでいて、複数のエッジ上で前記位置合わせテンプレートよりも小さく、前記構造物の上に前記位置合わせテンプレートを固定することが可能で、さらに前記損傷サイズ測定用シートをその後取り外すことが可能である、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記損傷サイズ測定用シートは一時的に取り外すことができるが、やすりがけ、接着剤塗布、硬化からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの事象の間に前記補修面上に取り付けたままにされる、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- 前記底部損傷サイズ測定用シートの前記損傷サイズ測定用開口部は許容しうる最大の損傷サイズを画定する、請求項9に記載の複合材補修ツール。
- ツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールに凸湾曲エッジと凹湾曲エッジを設けることと、
補修表面に対して前記ツール本体の凸湾曲エッジと凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つを配置することと、
前記補修表面の輪郭が前記ツール本体の前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つと一致する場合に補修プロセスを開始することと
を含む複合材補修方法。 - 補修プロセスを開始することは、前記補修領域をやすりがけすることと、前記補修領域に接着剤を塗布することと、前記接着剤に補修パッチを貼付することと、前記接着剤を硬化させることとを備える、請求項18に記載の方法。
- ツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールを提供することは、定規エッジ及び該定規エッジに沿った定規マーキングを伴うツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールを提供することを含み、さらに前記定規マーキングを使用して前記補修領域の位置及びサイズのうちの少なくとも1つを測定することをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- ツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールを提供することは、前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジとの間の切り欠きのある隅部、及び前記定規エッジと前記凸湾曲エッジとの間の切り詰められた隅部を備えるツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールを提供することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 補修表面に対して前記ツール本体の前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つを配置することは、前記補修表面に対して前記凸湾曲エッジを配置することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 補修表面に対して前記ツール本体の前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つを配置することは、前記補修表面に対して前記凹湾曲エッジを配置することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 位置合わせテンプレートを有する複合材応急補修テンプレートであって、該位置合わせテンプレート上に損傷サイズ測定用開口部及び損傷サイズ測定用シートを有し、該位置合わせテンプレートの損傷サイズ測定用開口部に位置合わせされ、徐々に小さくなる損傷サイズ測定用開口部を有する複合材応急補修テンプレートを提供することと、
補修表面に対して前記位置合わせテンプレートを配置することと、
前記補修表面上の損傷領域が少なくとも1つの損傷サイズ測定用シートの前記損傷サイズ測定用開口部に関して内側且つ中心に配置されるまで、前記位置合わせテンプレートから前記損傷サイズ測定用シートを徐々に取り外していくことと、
前記補修領域を補修することと
を含む、複合材補修方法。 - 補修表面に対して前記位置合わせテンプレートを固定するステップをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- ツール本体を有する複合材補修テンプレートツールに凸湾曲エッジと凹湾曲エッジを設けることと、
補修表面に対して前記ツール本体の前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つを配置することと、
前記補修表面の輪郭が前記ツール本体の前記凸湾曲エッジと前記凹湾曲エッジのうちの1つよりも大きな湾曲を有する場合に補修プロセスを開始することと
を含む複合材補修方法。
