Description
[0001]本出願は、2010年12月10日に出願された米国特許出願第12/965,596号の優先権を主張するものであり、その内容全体が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

[0012]本明細書で使用するとき、「流れ、流(stream)」という用語は、直鎖、分岐状、または環状のアルカン、アルケン、アルカジエン、およびアルキンなどの種々の炭化水素分子、さらに任意選択で気体たとえば水素などのその他の物質、または重金属などの不純物、ならびに硫黄化合物および窒素化合物を含むことができる。流れは、芳香族炭化水素および非芳香族炭化水素も含むことができる。さらに、炭化水素分子は、C1、C2、C3...Cnと略してよく、ここで「n」は、1つまたは複数の炭化水素分子中の炭素原子の数を表す。そのうえ、上付き文字「+」または「−」は、略された1つまたは複数の炭化水素表記と共に使用してよく、たとえばC3+またはC3−とすることができる。これは、略された1つまたは複数の炭化水素を包含する。一例として、「C3+」という略記は、3つの炭素原子および/または4つ以上の炭素原子からなる1つまたは複数の炭化水素分子を意味する。

Claims (10)
- 1つまたは複数の炭化水素をオリゴマー化するための方法であって、
A)1つまたは複数のC3炭化水素およびC4炭化水素を含む供給原料を分離ゾーンに供給するステップと、
B)C3オレフィンの少なくとも一部分を分離するステップと、
C)前記C3オレフィンを、1つまたは複数のC9炭化水素を生成するための第1のオリゴマー化ゾーンに送るステップと、
D)流出物の少なくとも一部分を前記第1のオリゴマー化ゾーンから前記分離ゾーンに戻すステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記分離ゾーンが垂直分割型蒸留塔を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記垂直分割型蒸留塔が、前記C3オレフィンの一部を含む第1の流れおよび前記C3オレフィンの別の一部を含む第2の流れを前記第1のオリゴマー化ゾーンに供給する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流れが、前記第1の流れの重量に基づく少なくとも40重量%の前記C3オレフィンを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流れが、前記第2の流れの重量に基づく10重量%以下の前記C3オレフィンを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流れの少なくとも一部分が、前記第1のオリゴマー化ゾーンにクエンチとして供給される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数のC4オレフィンを含む側留を取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数のC4オレフィンを含む塔底流を取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数のC9+オレフィンを含む塔底流を取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、または7に記載の方法。
- 前記塔底流の少なくとも一部分を第2の分離ゾーンに送るステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
